Carl Taylor (@CarlJTaylor23) reported from Poole, England@EE - been trying to top up the MiLs phone online for 3 days. It’s not working and just takes you to a ‘do you want to leave us’ page? Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Peter Jordan (@jordanpaj) reported@EE Thx. The issue is that many users are generally older not very tech savvy, (my neighbour is 92) and so could well end up with no service if there is a power cut.
-
Jackson Eagleson (@Oradaman) reported@EE I tried to cancel my recent upgrade order within the 14 day period. However I was told I would revert to being in a 24 month contract. I don't think that's legal but means I will need to sever my @BT contact completely. At this point there has still been no equipment delivered.
-
MindTheGap (@mindthegap2018) reported@EE Well that's terrible customer service. I'm reporting a problem, and yet you can't access my account! Is this a bot account dealing with customers?
-
gilbert (@Gilbert_36174) reported@EE Still waiting to be sent a new code for this offer. 3 phonecalls, reaching out on here - nothing. Been with @ee since the days of Orange, family plan, valued customer- not for much longer. What a let down.
-
Tim Maunder (@RebelTim) reported@EE I have spoken to 3 people, been to the EE shop and spoke to one of the agents who was kind enough to call back. No one can solve the issue as why service just dropped off. Very disappointed.
-
Davie G 🇬🇧 (@fredbeare) reportedDoes anyone have any tips as to how to get a response from @EE_coapp or @EE Have tried DMs, their useless help message function and a call. Nothing Think they’ve all left this Earth. So much for their performance guarantees
