@BigJetTVLIVE I named 3 airlines on the above. Why say 10mins if you knew it wouldn’t be. You still don’t get the hang of it. Most of the times when I watch the freeview there are so many errors in it it’s unreal. If you didn’t have enough time then that’s bad planning on your side

So he did not take any notice of the customer just to get me of the phone I want a new TV box sent out ASAP please I have paid now for two months with no TV I am on freeview that's working fine I had new airel and that fine And looking for Creadit on my account for this time

@DeliaNGoG That is really low signal strength. Is this via an aerial or digitally? If an aerial looks like it's out of whack direction-wise. Had a storm? If using Freeview you probably will lose a lot if not got decent signal strength and only picking up from nearest transmitter.

@amazonfiretv Just done an update. Now my tv is stuck on Home Screen. Can’t watch freeview tv, change input. Can only watch Netflix prime and Disney. No freeview no PlayStation. Help.

@Chris_Ince The issue is they can only have 2 streams at any one time as part of their licensing deal. So better to have it on Red Button at all times than fill 2 main channels where other shows would usually be on. % without access to Freeview for red button channel is surely very small?

@B260Eb @AnnSkelly3 Cool , An elderly neighbor had same issue when she bought a TV with Freeview Inc , They installed it with Ariel to the TV not her Freeview box and she sat without TV for weeks thinking it was broken . Tbh they should've set this up for her when installing 👍
