@virginmedia once again trying to contact virgin media is a no go a proper waste of time contract has run out trying to cancel they have put the money up to £60 a month for basically 2 freeview boxes I have cancelled my direct debit which is due on the 7 april what a scam😡

@Stephen_Neal Good shout! If we just take the Freeview/Freesat ones, we get to ten, excluding the National ones: 1) BBC One 2) BBC Two 3) BBC Four 4) CBBC 5) CBeebies 6) BBC News 7) BBC Parliament 8) Dave 9) Drama 10) Yesterday But they aren’t licence fee funded, so don’t help the argument.

@TalkingPicsTV Hello. Watching at about 4.35 pm on Monday 24th the Sky TV picture was completely lost from your channel and went off air. All other channels were fine. Also okay on Freeview but I missed the end of the film. At 4.48 pm it is still without a, signal. What's up?

Now I have the truly truly shit @EE freeview package (literally the worst selection of channels on earth but boy is it cheap broadband) I only watch the main 5 channels or SVOD. W, Dave, ITV2 etc are dead to me

@spenjflairs @rogermosey @GaryLineker Why would a subscription service have to arrive by internet/cable? #Sky is a subscription service. It arrives via dish as does #Freesat. Sky just needs a viewing card for the subscription channels. Why cant a #freeview box have a viewing card slot for BBC? Even an STB for BBC?

Ahead of BBC Four HD and CBeebies HD moving Freeview multiplexes later this month. Two new Service IDs - 18046 for BBC Four HD and 18176 for CBeebies HD have popped up on mux PSB3/BBC-B. Freeview users will soon be invited to retune their TV and/or boxes, likely 3rd week of June.

It's great that AEW is on a freeview chanel and like it or loath it AEW tries to provide fan service to the hardcore audience. But in terms of introducing new fans to wrestling in the UK I can only imagine that it's niche product has a minimal impact.

@BradTRC @a516digital Same here Brad, I can,t get the signals from freeview properly at my location any way, it's just finding out that parts of this are closing. I've had sky mini box and Q for over 2 years now with no problem what's so ever.

@Mark56623345 @a516digital Last time I used Freeview religiously was in 2015 - as we used it alongside Sky due to bad weather. Now due to upgrades in Sky’s technology, particularly Q, there is no point for me. The only time I would use Freeview is if my Mini boxes went down, and that fixes itself quickly!
