@MariaMichalis @All4 C4 is in talks to join Britbox... and you get surveillance on any streaming service, even ad funded. That’s how they can target the ads and tell you where your nearest car dealership is (new in All4). Only Freeview lets you keep anonymity

I hear so many people wanting a blue tick. I had one in 2002, it wasnt fun. Blue tick is of course a prolonged twitch you get after finishing yourself during the 10 minute freeview in a computer seat. Never going back there again.

I’d stick a vhs in to record it from midnight to 4am only to find half of that **** was some ****** talk show with fat old **** Derek Botham and annoying **** Eric Hall

@TalkingPicsTV there is a problem with your Encore service via Freeview. A programme playing via Encore will suddenly stop and whatever is showing live on Freeview starts playing. There is no way of getting back to the point reached before the stop either.

Among the areas due to get BBC One HD Freeview regionalisation is North East England, where the back-up sat feed supplying relays with a signal following the Bilsdale transmitter incident has BBC One NE&C HD ready to go.

@paraman31 @DrHoenderkamp Even digital TVs when they need a rescan can cause issues. I help a handful of people out with this task when their freeview tv or box doesn’t auto update…many don’t.

I love all the drama from people complaining about the emergency alerts... "I DIDN'T CONSENT!". It's a broadcast. The gvt doesn't have access to your phone via emergency alerts. It's as intrusive as the BBC Freeview signal. Keep the alerts on. They could save your life.

@FreeviewAdvice we have got freeview at this postcode, the problem is the one for all indoor aerial i'm using. i don't know how those can be allowed on the market because they clearly don't work. in any case, just gonna get a splitter and get signal off of freeview box in other room. thanks tho
