@bethanjenkins Project Kangaroo became YouView. It wasn’t shut down because it was a ppv model - it was meant to be like an online Freeview. It was shut down because it was deemed unfair competition for private companies. Who are now all Americans.

  • GeorgeBaldwin14 George Baldwin (@GeorgeBaldwin14) reported from Cardiff, Wales

And has been mentioned before, I and I'm sure many others would never have followed rugby without the Six Nations being free to watch and having it on freeview year after year

@nicxari @itvhub Hiya, we provide subtitles through the major web browsers, or on iOS/Android. We also have support on some TV devices such as Samsung, Apple TV and Freeview Play but we're keen to get this support expanded to more TV devices!

  • Dorset_Owl Dorset Owl (@Dorset_Owl) reported

@MsAlliance @SkyNews In Bromley?!? ******, I thought Dorset was cut off ! (I'm talking about the Freeview service on channel 233 not the subscription service - just in case that's what you thought.)

It’s 2022, drop the SD channels and encourage people to upgrade. SD freeview is unwatchable it’s so bad.

  • SJW5678 Daniel Franks (@SJW5678) reported

@netgemtv Netgem via TalkTalk, the remote is poor not comfortable keys not spaced out and no user guide to what all the buttons do. Sound is poor, no PVR only 1 tuner, often programs clash, interface looks ok but it is just a revamp of the channel 100 freeview play guide.
