@gbnews Have you lowered the bit rate on your Freeview channel? It's stuttering and the lighting is also very poor. What on earth is going on? It's worse than a Skype call.

Why are @virginmedia so awful? Installation today, firstly cut off our satellite so no freeview, then took OUR cables and connectors away, decided we needed a large cable around the house and finally left us with a hole in the wall, tried to complain and told will get back to you

@gamray I don't get a signal in my flat unless I work for it, Rod Hull style. I have a TV with an in-built freeview box. It's also
