@Kaimetsu_Fgc I had the freeview run off lmao so any re runs I could get through CITV etc was what I watched, Beyblade was my **** back in the day

  • choctopus Leah Mountford (@choctopus) reported

the Freeview website says there's no outage but everything else says there is. Gonna have the middle classes wandering the streets going feral if they can't watch bake off

  • JohnLoony John Cartwright (@JohnLoony) reported

Watching “Super Cyclone” (2012) on Great Movies Action (Freeview 41). Ridiculously cheap budget, low quality CGI special effects, amateur actors reciting scripted lines, narrow angle close-up shots (to disguise cheap small sets), corny dialogue. It’s so bad that it’s almost funny

  • choctopus Leah Mountford (@choctopus) reported

Go to put the tv on for some background noise and uuuuh the whole of freeview is down apparently. The TV literally doesn't know if there are channels even

  • ChewieD2 Graeme Hanks (@ChewieD2) reported

@tstrachanedit I used to watch it every weekend when it was on freeview but could never justify the spend when it went behind a paywall. Couldn’t beat having a lazy Saturday with endless cuppa’s and just tv. Good times!

  • garethlkr Gareth Smith (@garethlkr) reported

@darrengrimes_ Just a reminder. The License fee is a tax on watching live TV. You pay the tax is you watch most live tv on most platforms (sky, Virgin, Freeview etc.) The tax is used to help pay for the BBC tv, web, radio but it's nothing to do with specifically watching the BBC

  • JohnLoony John Cartwright (@JohnLoony) reported

Watching #TheThing (1982) on the Horror channel (Freeview 68). No matter how many dozens of times I watch this movie, the stupid arrogant American scientists never seem to learn to just kill the dog in the first place. You would have thought they might have learnt by now.

  • EastLondonGroup EastLondonGroup (@EastLondonGroup) reported

@jwripple Ah, Ok: that sounds "better" John but maybe that's a relative term if the connection has come adrift! I hope you can get it fixed without too much of a problem. At least Sky Arts is free to view: one can access it via FreeView or FreeSat if you aren't already a subscriber.

  • Janet_West Janet Georgiou (@Janet_West) reported

@SkyUK reception is Terrible in this storm. Thank goodness we also have Freeview for @BBCNews &c.
