@Sonic_Sinclair @bbcmicrobot Technically it is, there's support for it in DVB. There's several channels on DVB satellite that uses it, not sure there's any on freeview. Certainly all the original services shutdown or moved to MHEG. The BBC mheg service was incredible but that's shutdown now too 🙁

One bad thing about #Freeview TV is all the begging adverts. Ignore em all, ain't contributing towards inflated staff salaries. Plenty of local little charities.

I can't even find how to end the TV part of the bundle and get my wife a Freeview set like me. I'm fed up getting the two finger salute. Please @Ofcom get them sorted. I can't be the only abused customer

@FreeviewAdvice is there an issue with freeview? Since last week we have many channels without signal or pixelated. Have used website and run all checks. I see Crystal Palace trans is under eng. works. Channels mostly effected are more itv upwards.

@richhiggins Apparently other brands have also had their issues. Seems mad. Maybe FreeView Play being greedy?!

@FuudBlog Dunno about Virgin but when you cancel Sky, the box still works as a Freeview box - just with the recording and catch-up services disabled. Never had Virgin TV (never lived in an area where it's available) so dunno if its possible with one of theirs - but worth checking?

@bt_uk Hi Aaron, I am in complete disbelief as to how long this takes to resolve. I don’t care who resolves it & not my problem he’s not in. I’m paying full price for freeview! I demand compensation and a quick resolve as this is just embarrassing for @bt_uk
