    Family visiting needed a local sim. Got @giffgaff prepaid & activation was simple & fast. Catch is you need to get a voucher or credit/debit card to load selected bundle as store could not help and needed browser access to activate sim and load bundle. Otherwise 5 stars :)

    In addition to giving me socks and a money off voucher, @innocent also donated £10,000 to @crisis_uk this Christmas. Add in the £1M pot received from @O2 and @giffgaff from last week's network outage, that's good news to help the homeless this #Christmas

    @BasicNewbie okies. Giffgaff do have their wifi in stations to supplement. Their tubes and stations are choked with things I don't think they can support telco infrastructure anyway

    After a week, the best @giffgaff have done "We've chased for an update on your case so we're hoping a resolution will come soon. Once we have an update for you we'll let you know.” They still have £429 of my money & I still have a broken phone I am unable to return for a refund.
