@O2 I’m with GiffGaff. Usually no issues with Mesia messages in any direction, but when it happens, I’m curious about this type of message. It says here’s your message, but there’s no link or attachment.

If you have to clear your cache and log out then log back in but you can’t click on an e mail link and have to go via a browser to access a service on a website it’s a bit crap. Looks at @giffgaff and mutters about giving up and not bothering to continue with the thing I need...

@giffgaff Just like with the last inquiry, that was very unhelpful. Yes, anyone has the ability to take the time to read through the website at the terms and conditions, but this Twitter feed is there to help with specific issues, so don't just refer people to the website. Tks.

@giffgaff There wasn't, the network just slows down to a crawl/stops functioning from congestion levels that are literally a daily occurrence there

@giffgaff Hi Giffgaff! Something has gone wrong in North Greenwich with your network. Calls keep cutting out here. We’re all going to change network (unless this is just about to fix!) - it’s my husband and I (on Giffgaff) plus a neighbour on Sky (also 02)

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

Leaving @iD_Mobile_UK after many years due to the terrible Cust service...simply trying to upgrade but some glitch has prevented doing it online. 2 x online chat attempts, wasted 2hrs+ trying to resolve Promised 2 call backs, none received. Had enough, off to @O2 or @giffgaff

@bambooped Recently tried moving to GiffGaff, who use O2 network but it was the worst service I’ve ever had. Already moved off them and onto Smarty instead. They use Three’s network, which generally works for me. Also good EU roaming (12GB included), but quite £££ outside EU. Cheap too

Spent the morning trying to persuade @giffgaff to stop taking £6pm from my debit card for a service I no longer use. They say contact bank. Bank says contact them. I took the giffgaff gamble - and lost.

@jm_stout @giffgaff Yes,once the roaming data in your goodybag is down to less than 100MB you can start a new one early. If you're going to be there for a while the best one is the £8 golden goodybag with 5GB of data because there's no wastage, you're buying what you can use.

@urban_decay_man A nearby mast in your area is currently not working and this will be what is causing your usage problems. The engineers are aware of the issue and are working to fix the problem as well as carrying out some upgrade work on the mast in your area. - giffgaff Ann 1/2

@LittleRed_x It is definitely better than being tied down to a contract, I've switched to Giffgaff a few years ago and feel much freer. Granted; I'm paying anywhere between £10 to £20 a month and it's still technically pay as you go, but you're not paying more for when you need credit.
