Richard Anthony Lloyd (@richardlloydact) reported from Dartford, England@giffgaff Too late. As I work away I can’t afford to think I maybe won’t speak to my family when I need to. I am cancelling. If you could furnish me with your member service email please; I can’t seem to find that on your website. Thanks.

Doug Shaw : Artist and Consultant (@dougshaw1) reported from Sutton at Hone, EnglandHey @giffgaff I started using your network just over a year ago. Since switching I frequently experience a loss of internet connection which only re establishes after I turn my phone off and on again. Any ideas why this might be? Thanks in advance.

Mark 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.
-
Crunchy (@Crunchyjayman) reported@TroyByrneUK @Starlink Get an unlimited giffgaff sim or something else if the signal around you is okay. You can probably get something for around £20

-
josh (@ekitiketakaball) reported@giffgaff your signal is being horrendous, can I have an update?
-
G (@esnw33430) reported@valuemanmatt @O2 @Joff_L They decided its fair for you to pay through the nose so other "new customers" have a deal. Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.
