@giffgaff They said this “The engineers that are doing the work on the mast have not given us any updates. The engineers do update our network page, all you need to do is enter your postcode and it will bring up if there is issues in your area and if they are going to be delayed” No Help!

@giffgaff I have been in touch a few times over the last week or two through my account but never get an update of the mast repair! #NoServiceHere

@notmany4benny @carterBFC @SamsungUK One of the disadvantages of living in rural locations. At least you must have beautiful views instead. I had problems with Three and I live 200m from a transmitter where I get flaky voice calls. Apparently I need a Three supplied phone to get VOLTE. Currently on O2/Giffgaff.

@brendonvbone I was with giffgaff (o2) and its bollocks. Now with Vodafone. I get decent signal apart from half time. At half time I can get some internet but it's very slow. That's unavoidable with 18k people all using their phones though.

@SkyHelpTeam Done many times. The coverage is awful and getting worse. Not sure what O2 are doing, but seems to be impacting Sky, Tesco and GiffGaff - other’s networks my friends use. Used to be very good

@giffgaff Incident: 220723-000351 U R a horrible heartless bunch. Ofcom should expel u from the telecoms market. Words don't fail me when I think of you, you're not worth it! I can see why you are rated as the worst telecom company in the UK. A title u have definitely earned

@O2 Thanks, managed it before, no problems, maybe it was being in North Yorkshire that threw it out. In fact one service station we visited on the way up had banners up declaring itself a GiffGaff area, which means Jennifer R, BT and EE mischievous.

@Shaunjenks @SMARTYMobileUK I just got GiffGaff 100gb for £20 but 100gb for £12 sounds too good to turn down...

@Yorksims @giffgaff Its still showing i have 10gb left (uk data) giffgaff is ******* ****. £3.60 for 1 gb. Having a laugh. I get Hungarian vodafone later just for 3 days. Then when back in england i will get a different sim card to this giffgaff bs

So i have now cancelled the £12 goodybag because if i have over 100mb data (uk data) i cant start the goody bag early. What a bullshit rule. Today im getting Hungarian sim card. I already have a Ukrainian sim card. When im back in UK i wont be a customer of giffgaff. Well done

@AWaters_1992 @giffgaff That's quite easy to do,you just pay the current EU roaming surcharge of £3.60 per GB from airtime credit until you get down to the 100Mb limit when you can start your next goodybag early so no credit = no data.

@sophiejohnsxo This has been tested on our end, and there doesn't seem to be an issue with logging in. Have you tried this via a web browser and the app Sophie? - giffgaff Jade

@giffgaff your mobile signal in the east riding and york is a joke! Consistently drops calls or provides simply no signal at all, this is becoming a regular occurrence. I cant rely on such terrible signal when i have 24/7 on call duties for a hospital.

@Raphas_Angel_ Yeah they are clowns at @AskKlarna it doesn't matter how many phones you have had off them and missed no payments. These idiot at klarna don't take that into consideration, just turn everyone down it seems. Time to leave @giffgaff I think.
