  • Sparky_Darryl Darryl Barlow (@Sparky_Darryl) reported from Emsworth, England

@giffgaff They said this “The engineers that are doing the work on the mast have not given us any updates. The engineers do update our network page, all you need to do is enter your postcode and it will bring up if there is issues in your area and if they are going to be delayed” No Help!

  • pachallis Peter Challis (@pachallis) reported from Fareham, England

@notmany4benny @carterBFC @SamsungUK One of the disadvantages of living in rural locations. At least you must have beautiful views instead. I had problems with Three and I live 200m from a transmitter where I get flaky voice calls. Apparently I need a Three supplied phone to get VOLTE. Currently on O2/Giffgaff.

@EE Anyone joining EE needs their head checking. Crap customer service. Poor loyalty scheme (with them for 5 years and still wanted money for upgrade) non competitive deals. Do what I did and join @giffgaff

  • evkmusc Erin 🐭 (@evkmusc) reported

When I left o2 for giffgaff they were like "You do realise it's on o2's network but you won't get phone customer service?" As though that was a selling point and not the bane of my existence.

  • LilMsFickle Lil Ms Mally (@LilMsFickle) reported

Bitten the bullet and preserved a new phone direct from apple, iPhone 12 mini, going for closing o2 account and paying it off asp their customer service are crap and I’ve had nothing but issues with them. I’m off with a giffgaff sim only deal so I’m not as tied in.

  • BrazenDwarf7402 Ray 💙 (@BrazenDwarf7402) reported

@giffgaff When did you change your voicemail message? When I was a customer you had a nice soothing Geordie accent. I'm calling a lot of giffgaff users as part of a project I'm doing atm

  • JJBooker J Booker (@JJBooker) reported

signal on my @virginmedia mobile is now non existent in the house and only slightly better outside. Yet still shows 4G sign for data. May have to switch. Other phones on @giffgaff performing much better 4-5 bar.

@giffgaff hi. Can someone help me. It's been over 7 days and I not received payment for my phone recycle. You said it was transferred but nothing still. Is there a number for customer service

  • Tracie80290038 Tracie (@Tracie80290038) reported

@ThreeUK my partners phone isn't working(no service) he just tried getting some help and you guys wouldn't help to having no password? Hes been with you for years has all his security details but still no help disgusting service...when you ring it says welcome to giffgaff 😡😡😡

  • WrecklessGamer Booker Dewitt 😀 (@WrecklessGamer) reported

After 2 years of pain with EE and terrible reception at home (calls always dropping) my contract is up and am of to Giffgaff where I know my signal is awesome as that's what my kids have. £15 for 15GB should do the trick and if not, it's monthly so can get 80GB for £20 👍

  • Monsieur_Green Craig Green (@Monsieur_Green) reported

@giffgaff Thanks Ann, it's already on it's way back cheers. The fault with this one is that the microphone doesn't work. So you can't make calls/facetime anything really. You would think that would be part of the full testing procedure to be honest.
