@giffgaff Too late. As I work away I can’t afford to think I maybe won’t speak to my family when I need to. I am cancelling. If you could furnish me with your member service email please; I can’t seem to find that on your website. Thanks.

R.e. the @giffgaff phone app, it NEVER remembers my password, and neither do I, as I'm always forced to add capital letters and other details I will never remember. Please make your services more accessible to those of us with neurological handicaps xx #neurodiversesquad

@cymrawes Giffgaff. You can have a monthly rollover for a minimum £6 per month. Warning though, they keep their price low by having no tele helpline, but their online help is excellent. Or Tesco, monthly rollover, bit more expensive but there is a tele helpline.

@lrl014 @giffgaff Hi. Yes you can. You are allowed 20gig max data usage per goodybag in a 63 days period. Dont buy a goodybag bigger than 20GB for EU/EEA usage. Reason is after 20GB data will cost 0.36p/MB and u’ll still not be able to start a new goodybag early until it’s down to 100 MB or below.

@Binzyi @KellyQuilt In that case, you're consigned to never being able to take advantage of the free market (in this respect at least). Giffgaff would probably not suit you anyway, since it relies heavily on its user base to provide mutual support to subscribers when they have queries.

EE 4g tower that covers my flat is down *again* so mobile will not work there. Am in the park rn to get signal. After it happened last time I switched mobile internet provision to Giffgaff/O2 and for a month that's been fine. That too is now not working. **** my digital life.

@giffgaff I've been a loyal customer for many years now but I'm gonna be switching to a different network provider at the weekend the reason is once you use 80gb of data you slow down the speed from 8am to midnight which doesn't help me I have the always on data goody bag too
