    @chrisdetsicas @ThreeUK @giffgaff - was with 3 for 10 years and they kept cutting my data allowance. I get a shit tonne of data and flexibility for peanuts with giffgaff

    @giffgaff Just activated my SIM and ported my old number over from previous network. Seemless process. Fast 4G signal also. 👍

    Hi @giffgaff can you send me the instructions of how to get a refund from my account credit , unfortunately due to your service not being available to me due a faulty mast I’ve had to change provider , shame because up until then the service was good

    @mhewson_MCH @O2 Honestly the networks all own a cheaper brand. O2 - GiffGaff Vodafone - Voxi (or talkmobile) Three - Smarty mobile EE - EE don't own a flanker brand but 1pMobile sort of fills that gap Would recommend any of them over the big names (apart from 1p mobile as I've never tried it)

    @giffgaff So no customer service and because I tried to simply get a SIM card delivered GiffGaff have offered a refund . Why don’t you just say piss off we don’t want you as a customer?

    @giffgaff I purchased some travel data for Canada on Friday morning. 16)5/2026. It shows as valid in the app but when I choose mobile data I don't get any signal? Do I have to enable roaming? I don't want to lose the credit on my account.
