    @chrisdetsicas @ThreeUK @giffgaff - was with 3 for 10 years and they kept cutting my data allowance. I get a shit tonne of data and flexibility for peanuts with giffgaff

    @mhewson_MCH @O2 Honestly the networks all own a cheaper brand. O2 - GiffGaff Vodafone - Voxi (or talkmobile) Three - Smarty mobile EE - EE don't own a flanker brand but 1pMobile sort of fills that gap Would recommend any of them over the big names (apart from 1p mobile as I've never tried it)

    @giffgaff still waiting no engineer appointment ask for that useless link i cant even send message, blocks me with a ticket issued message, no customer service is a big red flag but inspite of that will give you 1 week i hear nothing i shall go elsewhere who knows maybe stick with @bt_uk

    Hi @giffgaff can you send me the instructions of how to get a refund from my account credit , unfortunately due to your service not being available to me due a faulty mast I’ve had to change provider , shame because up until then the service was good
