    @chrisdetsicas @ThreeUK @giffgaff - was with 3 for 10 years and they kept cutting my data allowance. I get a shit tonne of data and flexibility for peanuts with giffgaff

    To be honest, since covid no self respecting person in London has used O2, or the other cheap one. We all use EE or GiffGaff, signal still **** but wayyy better ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฟ

    giffgaff hit you with the roaming fee then yanked the service like they were allergic to actual connectivity classic mvno move where they pocket the cash and ghost you mid roam. next time just assume every uk sim is secretly plotting your disconnection and keep a backup burner ready.

    Dear Ofcom Complaints Team, โ€‹I activated and topped up my account on 13 July. Although I have not been using the service outside the UK for an extended period, giffgaff used an undisclosed restriction to disconnect my service and refused my refund.@giffgaff @Ofcom

    giffgaff just dropped the "we're disconnecting your service" email on me. Usage pattern suggests long-term use outside the UK โ†’ instant ban. No appeal. No proper refund process mentioned. Just "final position." Really makes you feel valued as a customer.
