  @TrickyMcKicky I've 197 lines of data (still awaiting network from 20). GiffGaff, Tesco, iD, Virgin: some named that + "O2" or "EE" but most didn't. So I can't sort properly unless the actual provider is listed. There are 4 Three customers who DID get the alert. So it wasn't a complete ****-up.

  I’ll never ******* forget when I first moved her and my dad took me to get a plan (I had my own device) I couldn’t believe it. Going from £15 a month unlimited everything on GiffGaff to $120 with Telus literally brought tears to my eyes.

  @JasonScargill Thanks for confirming. This is usually a security block, but it's not always clear why this happens. Sometimes disconnecting from the WiFi can help. This is generally a temporary issue so allowing some time before retrying can work too - giffgaff Hannah
