    @giffgaff No particular thing. GiffGaff charges huge amount of money if the package ended few days earlier. Very difficult to communicate with customer service ( last time I submitted a request and received a response next day). I prefer to ba able to call rather than just typing.

    @AllyBeaven I moved away from Three pretty quickly when moving up here for the same reason. Doing alright on giffgaff for now. No contract so you can always leave at any point if it doesn't work out.

    I have to switch from @giffgaff to another provider. It's expensive and doesn't have a good customer service (there's no customer service number to call!) Any recommended service provider with good network signal, prices, and customer service?

    @virginmedia That’s the number I’ve been calling on previously and they’ve not been able to resolve the issue. I’ve tried my GiffGaff SIM in my iPhone and iMessage and FaceTime verify my giffgaff number straight away so this proves it’s a fault your side.

    @giffgaff I received a complaint that an elderly customer had bills of at least £280 from doing charity work - this should never have been allowed to happen & this is a safeguarding issue also - GiffGaff should at very least refund her money under goodwill/CSR

    @giffgaff can't connect to data when roaming anymore and yes roaming is enabled etc, signal has been atrocious off one mast near me for 18months, first acknowledged issue now it's the generic the network is busy, time to leave
