@ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

@danidalgrande @giffgaff giffgaff don't support calling via 4G or 5G so as soon as you make or receive a call your network will automatically drop to 3G so that the call will work.

@giffgaff Please help, I have lost my phone and the password for my giffgaff. I want to replace my sim but each time I request a password reset on my giffgaff account giffgaff says it has sent it either via text (and I don't have my phone) or by email but it so far hasn't arrived

@zombiestyled @giffgaff The problem is when there's an issue which isn't always but let's face it, does happen from time to time, I am then waiting until the next day for a reply which isn't very helpful.
