    @giffgaff I have narrowed down the problem. When i go into radcliffe within a certain perimiter its total internet blackout. When i. Come out it returns as if there was no problem. Im a taxi driver. I have never had any issue like this with all the years ive been with you. My Three

    @ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

    @DavidAHowe1 @giffgaff I’d had it 8 weeks and under warranty but wanted double to fix it! There is a law I can’t remember off too my head but if was sold to you and breaks within a certain time they likliehood is was faulty on receipt and I quoted that! Hope you get sorted for your dad

    @giffgaff yes reset my connections before & it makes no difference, 10 minutes walk down the road (without resetting) I get 12+ Mbs (just checked it now)

    @_gordongeorge @giffgaff That’s is a device setting and not network/giffgaff one. Have a look in your phone settings. Go into contacts and call settings to see if number is already blocked.

    @giffgaff hey, my phone hasn’t been working for about a week now... I haven’t been able to make phone calls or use my data... it does say that something has been taken down in my area... but you haven’t contacted me about it. Also when will you compensate me for what I have lost

    @giffgaff Hi. Long time customer. I just ordered a 5G sim online. As I did this through my account, I assume the sim will be my current giff gaff number? Or do I need to do something specific for that to be the case?
