@ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

@CJudge14 Hi there. Can you please wait two mins, and then click resend code. If your phone is turned off, has no signal, or is on “flight mode” you may not receive a text. Should this still not send you an email then please DM us, and we’ll help you further. – giffgaff Tasbiya

  • DrJennyVaughan jenny vaughan (@DrJennyVaughan) reported

@giffgaff No idea why as you need to sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her. You just barrage us with red tape we can’t deal with. This is why elderly people are marginalised by you as you won’t make that call.

  • ProfessorFunky CluelessDad (@ProfessorFunky) reported

@giffgaff @Day28894 +1 for eSIM’s. And Apple Watch support to go with it. Super annoying to have to use the Big 3.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@kbetteley Hello there, We do not support esims. - giffgaff Ann

  • rdcbttf88 Ryan (@rdcbttf88) reported

@giffgaff could you do a service that actually does leave a mark on credit score, I’ve been paying you on time for over a year now but obviously because it is not a monthly commitment it doesn’t show on credit score.

  • Junaid19980 Junaid (@Junaid19980) reported

@TheMuseInMyHead @Thickbutterstik I'm not exactly sure if the network receive the text or if it's like some governing body. I checked 3 (Including smarty), 02, EE website and they all seem to use the same number I'm assuming giffgaff etc too as they use the main networks (3,O2, EE)

  • Quas_Mayn JayJayOkoch🔺 (@Quas_Mayn) reported

Wow @giffgaff have charged me £60 for a £20 payment this morning, and then I found out giffgaff literally doesn't have any customer services 😱, I knew there would be a catch to the "100 gb a month" offers. Avoid this network

  • TheYoungGlow 𝕐Ω𝕌ℕ𝔾 𝔾𝕃Ω𝕎 (@TheYoungGlow) reported

@FaithSoberss Giffgaff maybe. 3 too but their network can be patchy sometimes.

  • DrJennyVaughan jenny vaughan (@DrJennyVaughan) reported

@giffgaff So this is a load of rubbish as when the chips are down they take your money but they won’t call you and help you sort out your elderly mum who is stuck in lockdown unable to use her mobile. Appalling service

  • DrJennyVaughan jenny vaughan (@DrJennyVaughan) reported from Hammersmith, England

@giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.
