    @ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

    @gav @giffgaff Bet they have you on an old APN. Unsure if you can manually change them and the last time I did it, I had to delete all network settings to force a EE download. That means bye bye known wifi networks.

    @giffgaff @giffgaff hey, this problem happened before. At that time, your website is okay. I think it is irrelevant to your website regarding whether I can make a call or not when roaming in the EU.

    Hi @o2, I'm using a Giffgaff SIM in Warton LA5 9RY and there is no 4g connection at all. Was fine a couple of weeks ago. Site says no issues but only connects to 3g and really slow. Any advice pls
