@giffgaff I have narrowed down the problem. When i go into radcliffe within a certain perimiter its total internet blackout. When i. Come out it returns as if there was no problem. Im a taxi driver. I have never had any issue like this with all the years ive been with you. My Three

@ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

@giffgaff Just today. We inserted it into her phone and it activated. However her profile says it’s still needs activating. I try to input the activation code and it says it’s already active. We can make calls no problem buts it’s on the new number as the old one hasn’t transferred yet.

TWO weeks ago asked for new SIM card. Still waiting !! GiffGaff said can use any GiffGaff SIM bought from Tesco, Argos etc. Tried one but website says can only use one they have ,apparently, sent !! Rubbish customer service. Beware. BAD company #giffgaff
