Suhail 🔥 (@idrees_suhail) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway
-
Point of Entry 🏴 (@point0fentry) reported@Lairdysnr Left Vodafone for GiffGaff years ago. I'll never go back to a phone contract. Every 5 or 6 years I buy a reconditioned phone (usually from GiffGaff) to replace the current handset.
-
Baluster (@baluster57785) reported@giffgaff @moaningminnie58 Your online support has not replied to me I am waiting for my SIM card it was promised 6 days ago.
-
MagnoliaLab (@lovezihuatanejo) reported@zzwinwinwin Giffgaff mass-banning user SIM cards is straight-up robbery and completely illegal. I fully support you guys filing a complaint with Ofcom!
-
Simon (@Simonli127) reported@giffgaff @EdisonChu10 You never clearly informed customers of any time limit, such as 14 or 30 days. This is misleading and feels like consumer fraud.
-
Stevio (@Rothbury01669) reported@JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom I was with EE over 18 years (from the Orange days). When they were bought by BT their renentions deals went up the spout and they wanted £60/month for a new iPhone 13 and that was at a discount. So I requested a PAC code on the website and bought my phone direct from Apple for £36/month over 2 years I moved to Giffgaff (which is 02 but been fine for me). Within an hour of the PAC request a guy from EE phoned me and said, why are you leaving after all these years ..... told him why and he said, we can offer it for £50. I said too late. Even with a £10/month sim deal on Giffgaff it was still cheaper and I never went back and I am still with Giffgaff 5 years later My friend works for Three and he said that legacy customer leaving is a red line for the companies because once you go, you'll never come back and they also know that once the customer discovers they can buy the phone direct from the manufacturer with 24 month 0% terms, it's the end of the line for the working model

giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@94bellababy123 Hi there. Oh dear, we understand that's frustrating. Especially when he was likely looking forward to it. Please advise him to report this to an agent via his account or via his delivery info link, and they will help him with this. - giffgaff Gavin

区区本喵 (@WoPosth) reportedI'm so disappointed about giffgaff suspended my SIM card. As a Chinese, I consistently feel discriminated by the rest of the world. I'm trying to exodus to a normal country to be treated like an ordinary earth human being. I just need some basic AI service natively as they are.
-
Blair James Lennon (@blairlennon) reported@giffgaff Yeah with a link to a bot that doesn't work I'm trying to get a refund because you have taken now £7 out of my Giffgaff account for nothing usage still all at 0 for calls texts and data get that money refund now

Shoshanah Cohen (@sc2987) reported@bt_uk And if she were going to switch mobile providers, it would be to Giffgaff, as we're all with them. Not you. You should never be pushing extra services on people moving to a social tariff (or anyone, but especially those likely to be vulnerable).
