James Drury (@jamespdrury) reportedConsidering Virgin Media broadband but don't want a Hub 5? If you're in a VM full fibre area, GiffGaff broadband comes with an Eero 6+ and 900Mb (UP & DOWN) is just £32 per month, no mid contract increases. Use own router for upto 1.2Gb. Use referral code K0DEJXGV for £50 credit.
-
kazzie (@kazzie222) reportedHi @giffgaff can you send me the instructions of how to get a refund from my account credit , unfortunately due to your service not being available to me due a faulty mast I’ve had to change provider , shame because up until then the service was good
-
Lilith Tuylor (@lilith15016) reported@giffgaff Since you dismiss a potential CUSTOMER as not worth replying to, with a copy pasted 'go to website' 'response' it is clear that my custom would not be welcome.
-
jake scrivens (@JakeMUFCSceptic) reported@giffgaff voicemail doesn't work in the u.s.a. They lie and tell you it does, but it doesn’t. Switch it off before you travel.
-
Roj (@roger_payne) reported@EE poor service again. Just switched mobiles over -4 of them. And within a month prices increase 20%. And this is despite issues moving them and broadband to EE. Several apologies and some money back due to false information and being misled. Then increase! Come back Giffgaff
-
PhilC (@gibberingphil) reported@Mattisamazing33 Just check that any of the virtual networks you use have a decent signal where you are, and/or allow WiFi calling. I originally went with giffgaff when I retired, who are great to deal with, but use the O2 network which only works in our back bedroom.
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@Kari_Casanova29 Unfortunately, this isn't something we can investigate through social media, and must advise that you keep in touch with our agents through your case, and provide any information that they need there, so we can help sort this out for you as soon as possible. – giffgaff Tasbiya

Mark 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

Adil (@AKolil) reported@techtoby__ Get an eSim from a different network and switch around when the internets slow or down. I’ve got unlim EE physical sim and giffgaff eSim as a backup👌

Woody Knows (@Woody3704) reported@SamRobi90967600 @hewantswealth Yh unlimited data isnt exactly unlimited Giffgaff has a 650GB limit. If you break it twice in a year then they can apparently just deactivate your account and refuse service. I only used around 900GB once. & that was because of watching netflix + post PC format game downloads
