I am entitled to a “ quality of service” no service is not a quality of service.

benno44775 (@benno44775) reported@BobPrydderch @giffgaff Unfortunately no company offers 100% service, even your own bank or broadband company. When it comes to telecommunications it can never be 100% guaranteed but to mast issues, limiting network speeds at congested times etc
