You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it. KnowYourSelf (@kindanew) reported@ajzxne Outsourced still means they have to be paid for. We do not know what the arrangement O2 has with Giffgaff for renting network capacity but there are probably options which can be added and removed. Different virtual operators might choose different options.

Tom Adamczewski (@tmkadamcz) reported@Manderljung Yeah it's very bad, on average, though having trouble while outdoors in central London does not match my experience. I'm on giffgaff fwiw, I think it's one of the cheapest ones. Would definitely pay more for better!
