You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

Chris Tait (@chris_tait) reported@O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?

Lee Wakefield (@anorak58) reported@EE Contract ends 16/06 for 2 iPhone 14s. Want a sim only deal until we upgrade later this year. You can offer 5/10GB deals. Very poor when I can get monthly deal with giffgaff for £8 for 5GB. Obviously not worried about customer retention.

Observer_of_Decline (@Decline_Observe) reported@lukerobertblack The Boomers think that because you spend a tenner a month on a GiffGaff and have a phone that costs £20 a month you are frivolous and don't work hard. And that a one bedroom flat at 12x earnings is just a matter of knuckling down.

A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

A GiffGaff SIM worked fine and the speed and lack of hassle with which you refunded the roaming charges was v suspicious. I would never trust you again.
