    @giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

    @PoliceConsumer @giffgaff Been on giffgaff since they launched, cheapest and most reliable network I’ve ever used

    @MissyMissyJ I had a similar problem....but it was with Giffgaff (who use the O2 network as well)

    @LuftkoppTim @luciascarlet Idk bout over there, but here O2 suuuuucks. I was with giffgaff, an mvno on the O2 network, for a lil while before switching to Smarty (on 3). And literally night and day difference. Its subjective though. In other places in the UK, 3 sucks and EE is better, or Vodafone even 💀

    @virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

    @SamRobi90967600 @hewantswealth Yh unlimited data isnt exactly unlimited Giffgaff has a 650GB limit. If you break it twice in a year then they can apparently just deactivate your account and refuse service. I only used around 900GB once. & that was because of watching netflix + post PC format game downloads

    @O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?

    Ah apparently @giffgaff no longer offer free EU Roaming the greedy *****. Well I needed a reason to finally switch good job you lost a customer over £8. Pricks.

    @JasonScargill Thanks for confirming. This is usually a security block, but it's not always clear why this happens. Sometimes disconnecting from the WiFi can help. This is generally a temporary issue so allowing some time before retrying can work too - giffgaff Hannah

    @TrickyMcKicky I've 197 lines of data (still awaiting network from 20). GiffGaff, Tesco, iD, Virgin: some named that + "O2" or "EE" but most didn't. So I can't sort properly unless the actual provider is listed. There are 4 Three customers who DID get the alert. So it wasn't a complete ****-up.
