Karen Reekie (@catskidschaos) reported from Richmond, EnglandIf you have to clear your cache and log out then log back in but you can’t click on an e mail link and have to go via a browser to access a service on a website it’s a bit crap. Looks at @giffgaff and mutters about giving up and not bothering to continue with the thing I need...
-
jason k (@Benjakev) reported from Hammersmith, England@PoliceConsumer @giffgaff Been on giffgaff since they launched, cheapest and most reliable network I’ve ever used
-
Wukah (@SoundsWukah) reported from Brentford, England@giffgaff Just like with the last inquiry, that was very unhelpful. Yes, anyone has the ability to take the time to read through the website at the terms and conditions, but this Twitter feed is there to help with specific issues, so don't just refer people to the website. Tks.
-
Alvin (@jetsettersw) reported from Lambeth, England@giffgaff and @DHLUSHelp your delivery service is dog shit! Will be using @amazon from now on 👋🏾
-
jenny vaughan (@DrJennyVaughan) reported from Hammersmith, England@giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.
-
Kay george (@Kaygeor53353208) reported from Croydon, EnglandGiffgaff is usually customer friendly. But after 24 hours my Sim has not been activated. Not happy#be careful#giffgaff

-
Mark 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica Virgin Media are 💯 with prompt online support. Always have been. I'm not sure any of the others will reply, at all...
-
That Josh Guy (@thatjoshguy69) reported@LuftkoppTim @luciascarlet Idk bout over there, but here O2 suuuuucks. I was with giffgaff, an mvno on the O2 network, for a lil while before switching to Smarty (on 3). And literally night and day difference. Its subjective though. In other places in the UK, 3 sucks and EE is better, or Vodafone even 💀
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@Kari_Casanova29 We do not have access to accounts or cases via social media Karina. If you reply to the agents via your case, they will get back in touch as quickly as they can to help further - giffgaff Jade
-
jake scrivens (@JakeMUFCSceptic) reported@giffgaff Perhaps you could tell me the category, sub category, and sub sub category that is closest to my issue. That might be 'helpful'. Something which customer support is supposed to be. Be better.
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@gemcq2 We understand. The bot is still learning, so sometimes can get things wrong. Based on your issue we would recommend stating that you need to return the phone, but that there is no option on your account and this should connect you correctly - giffgaff Hannah
-
Roj (@roger_payne) reported@EE poor service again. Just switched mobiles over -4 of them. And within a month prices increase 20%. And this is despite issues moving them and broadband to EE. Several apologies and some money back due to false information and being misled. Then increase! Come back Giffgaff
-
smallest ferret🔫 (@marcoDuomo) reported@heroinechrist @entheziz Wtf is giffgaff
-
Mark 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@JBR___ Hi JBR. We appreciate that this is frustrating. When dealing with the HelpBot you need to ensure to follow the prompts and reply fully, or else the bot will be unable to identify your issue and be unable to connect you to an agent - giffgaff Hannah
-
G (@esnw33430) reported@valuemanmatt @O2 @Joff_L They decided its fair for you to pay through the nose so other "new customers" have a deal. Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.
