-
Lashan (@LashanStuff) reported from Camberwell, England@giffgaff Service was practically unusable around London Bridge station at 5pm yesterday
-
Wukah (@SoundsWukah) reported from Brentford, England@giffgaff Just like with the last inquiry, that was very unhelpful. Yes, anyone has the ability to take the time to read through the website at the terms and conditions, but this Twitter feed is there to help with specific issues, so don't just refer people to the website. Tks.

-
Mark (@Markngaz1) reported@giffgaff Can you pls help I have just got a giff sim on a s20 ultra I have activated my sim and paid my Goodybag keeps saying not registered no network i know my phones unlocked
-
David Cantrell (@DrHydeous) reported@axemonkey Did you have any mail forwarding configured with Giffgaff? DNS caching wouldn't normally be an issue after that long.
-
David Cantrell (@DrHydeous) reported@axemonkey Try fixing it by telling giffgaff a brand new email address, and then once they've sent something to that tell them the correct one again. Maybe that will shake some broken config out at their end.
-
Carl Johnson (@notrmsn) reported@enomiseleda Yes Simma! I’m all good, same to you. Make sure you phone them instead of doing it online you can usually negotiate a better deal. Stay away from GiffGaff too they’re awful
-
Jham (@boomgoesd) reported@giffgaff why can’t I top up my number? Your website and the app are both not working
-
Talon Fast (@talonfast) reported@MammothWhale Other providers will be the same, as they’ll rely on Openreach to actually configure the connection. A good temporary solution would be a VOXI or Giffgaff prepaid SIM card, and putting it in a cheap 4G router. You can get them on Amazon for about £60-70

wendy (@twiwendyuk) reported@Mykiel_B @cristobalypunto @giffgaff My phone calls are even cut out, your DM CHAT SERVICE IS APPALLING, STOP FOBBING OFF AND GIVE PEOPLE AN ANSWER, #watchdog should look into how you guys are ripping me off and others
-
Nicholas Pretzel (@NicholasPretzel) reported@mattgreencomedy Afraid not. I'm on giffgaff, but I would recommend them. Their PAYG is quite pricey, but the goodybags are very cheap. The cheapest £6/month. That gives unlimited calls, texts & 1GB data. Excellent service & coverage (they run on the O2 network). £35 gives you unlimited data.

wendy (@twiwendyuk) reported@giffgaff @Mark_Antony_3 My phone calls are even cutting out, not much help with your chat service either, #WATCHDOG
