(pretty basic part of service) Reported to @giffgaff beginning of August - still not resolved. (Suspect it’s been going on for much longer) can you help?

You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

JSP (@sp_jimbob) reported@GazRich88 if you can afford to buy the phones outright, there’s no point being with a traditional carrier anymore - and it works out cheaper across the life of a traditional contract even with that upfront cost. Recommend GiffGaff (o2) or SMARTY (Three) dependant on local signal.
