@virgomoontingz Replies can take up to 24 hours from our agents, but it is normally quicker than this. We do understand this is very inconvenient for you, with the service being down on a regular basis. Our agents will advise what can be done to help with this. - giffgaff Jeanette

@baz82921815 Not a problem, Baz. You just need to make sure that your Mothers phone is unlocked to all networks or locked to O2, for the giffgaff SIM to work - giffgaff Jade

  • ChristOnABike01 Christ On A Bike (@ChristOnABike01) reported

@giffgaff My brother tried to set up his account on your network, and he got his account set up, entered a voucher number, his SIM activated, but the goodybag never started. Why is that? He's refusing to pay for another goodybag (which makes sense) because he can't use this one😕

  • Seanie_C Sean C (@Seanie_C) reported

@DPDgroup_news Haha yous must be taking the Pi55. The whole of the UK have ‘delayed’ deliveries, that was due next day. Worst delivery company. @giffgaff should be embarrassed using a company who has been having issues for over a week. #sortitout

@giffgaff are ridiculousl. Their phone mast is not working so their suggestion is - travel at least 2 miles away from your home to receive a call. Yep, that’s really reasonable. Especially to someone with chronic illnesses that affects their ability to even walk most days. 👍🏽

  • Dancastree3804 dan castree (@Dancastree3804) reported
