    @SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    Family visiting needed a local sim. Got @giffgaff prepaid & activation was simple & fast. Catch is you need to get a voucher or credit/debit card to load selected bundle as store could not help and needed browser access to activate sim and load bundle. Otherwise 5 stars :)

    Technical problem shouldn’t be an excuse for late submissions, if WiFi failed at your house your personal hotspot can be used as wifi on your laptop (pay giffgaff £25 per month you have unlimited data don’t worry) - there’s always a way to submit your work on time, no excuses 🙂

    @JoelBaccas Get a decent unlocked Samsung (S10 maybe, new or refurbished) and a decent sim-only deal. I use giffgaff. You can get flexible monthly rates basically depending on the level data you decide on. Great customer service & app.

    @O2 For both me and Mick? Really? I don’t think so. Just tested a call from my daughters phone which is on GiffGaff, which uses your network. Brand new iPhone 11, sim less than a month old - same problem. Wife’s phone on another network is perfect.

    @beccabooclarke @giffgaff Hi Rebecca, in the meantime you can get a voucher and dial 43430 option 2 from your phone to top up. The site was only down today but working for some so you can try again using a different browser or device as well.
