  • CriticJonni Jonathan Currinn (@CriticJonni) reported from Birmingham, England

So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

  • unit_1974 🐺Wolfish (@unit_1974) reported from Selly Park, England

Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

  • 29antonioac Antonio Álvarez (@29antonioac) reported

@saramttnez @giffgaff Plusnet still has EU roaming included in the allowance. It uses EE network so it's a game changer for me (it doest have 5G though), and is pretty cheap too!

  • AndrewPepper3 Andrew Pepper (@AndrewPepper3) reported

Hi Giffgaff, I have a bit of a problem. My number expires quite soon, I've bought a goodybag, but I've lost my sim so I can't send/receive a text. I'm also in Cyprus, so I'm guessing you can't send a SIM to me. Do you support E-Sims?

  • bob_love Bob Love (@bob_love) reported

@EE @StourbridgeMot1 "some"?? All my devices are on EE, I've had no Internet since around lunchtime (St Andrews, Scotland). Now back at home in Dundee, still same issue (using now via home broadband, but need to go out again). Not good enough. Had to buy a giffgaff sim for my car's wifi router.

  • JohnMcb87149939 John Mcbeth (@JohnMcb87149939) reported

@giffgaff highly disappointed in your unlimited goodybag used 80gig so says reduced service but christ 0.04mbps is a total joke #unlimitednot #newprovider #notworththe£25.00

  • saramttnez Sara M. ☜ (@saramttnez) reported

@AndyJBowes @giffgaff Not blaming them, I know the reason behind. But that doesn’t suit my needs as a customer anymore, so trying to find an alternative.

  • notbrokenow John (@notbrokenow) reported

. @giffgaff you guys are broke as **** for changing your EU roaming policy

  • HelderFLG7 Hélder Gonçalves (@HelderFLG7) reported

@giffgaff 15GB downgrade on EU roaming?? By giffgaff, thanks for everything, but I'm not going down with you.

  • M0KPH Phil - M0KPH (@M0KPH) reported

@MX5AKA Good point. Whenever I searched GiffGaff 5G it presented a map showing good coverage without any mention that this was general coverage. Entering locations does allow you select, which wasn’t initially obvious. Better labelling would help, especially when accessed from tablets.

  • michaelocyoung Michael Young 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇸🇪🇧🇻 (@michaelocyoung) reported

@littlesthomebrw Update. Got an email from @giffgaff today to say EU roaming is going to be capped at 5GB data (down from 20) but calls/texts still same as if in UK (if I've understood it right). Seems to be working fine in 🇸🇪 this week so far.
