Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... As of yesterday when I loaded the o2 app I had to go through the the link to create a virginmedia account and link my o2 at this point it failed! To link not happy if #o2 don't fix this I will be leaving I may as well be with giffgaff at least I could view my account
