@giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

@giffgaff Just today. We inserted it into her phone and it activated. However her profile says it’s still needs activating. I try to input the activation code and it says it’s already active. We can make calls no problem buts it’s on the new number as the old one hasn’t transferred yet.

TWO weeks ago asked for new SIM card. Still waiting !! GiffGaff said can use any GiffGaff SIM bought from Tesco, Argos etc. Tried one but website says can only use one they have ,apparently, sent !! Rubbish customer service. Beware. BAD company #giffgaff

@VodafoneUK @mouthwaite That backfired a bit didn't it vodaphone. I'm another ex customer that spent a lot of money and got very little through vodaphone other than crap customer service. @giffgaff are the way forward. Awesome network and great deals

@giffgaff Hi, I am unable to access your network today. On checking my account it appears my goodybag payment hasn't been taken today even though ok the last 3 months. Can you investigate please?
