@giffgaff I know you wont be able provide support via social media. I was suggesting a phone call to help navigate support and ask necessary security questions.

@MarcWilliams22 @SeanPalace21 Unless they have installed the internet themselves it'll be no different to service they're using which being NowTv it'll be like Sky. Bit like GiffGaff using the o2 network.

@EarlOfSidmouth Our network is very busy in your area at the moment, which is the reason why you're having issues whilst you're there. Our engineers are working on this. Your internet data should work as normal for you in other areas where the masts are working as normal. - giffgaff Emer.

@giffgaff Hi I got a sim through the door for a Nuria Murillo. She doesn’t live at my house, never has, and isn’t a neighbour. I don’t want this name attached to my address. I can’t even call you to query it. I’m not a customer so can’t even use your forums. Help.

@Ofcom surely there is a minimum guaranteed speed the networks need to provide, and O2 is failing miserably on this?! Across the UK as noted in their own community forums and the giffgaff forums proving there is an issue they are reluctant to address. #greed
