Trying to do a sim swap and it’s not working! The helpful agents @giffgaff have been rather unhelpful! How do I speak to a real person rather than the messaging service which has failed to resolve the issue @giffgaff ?

@richie_rich77 You might want to send a text with the number of the call to 7726 (SPAM) free so your network (giffgaff I believe?) can look into it
