@giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

@giffgaff can’t login on app or website, getting fed up with just seeing an “Oops something went wrong on our side try again in a few moments” not receiving texts need to check account 😡

@turningleftfor @ThreeUK @O2 I get free EU roaming with giffgaff which I think use O2’s network. Anywhere else I use e-sims for cheap local data.

@Longsight If it's only occurring when in central Manchester, there may be an issue with the masts in and around that area, rather than it being busy. Try the manual roam to see if this makes any change when in that area, hopefully it does the trick. - giffgaff Jeanette

@chrisssully @giffgaff @Ofcom Also, they require it to be sent within 60 seconds. It's possible you don't have good signal.

@giffgaff I'm just on a train out but I've done so and I'll you know if it's fixed anything next time I'm there. It's *only* central Manchester that has this problem, mind.

@giffgaff It's been going on for months now - I get off the train at Victoria and I've got full signal but no actual functional data until I get on a train at Piccadilly. I'll see if manual roam helped.
