    Everything was working well with @giffgaff account until it stopped working and unable to log into account. Many may feel that we have let them down.

    @giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

    @jesuiscanard @Geoff_Badger @PegFluff I switched from GiffGaff to Smarty just for the data the Mrs is still with GG. GG use O2 Smarty use 3 never had any problems with either of them just the cheaper data deal is why I switched.

    @giffgaff Hi, I had a phone from you for Christmas which is faulty and am having problems with your site. There is no 'Return my phone' button on account details and despite only having the phone since Christmas Day, it was bought before then and is now outside the 30 days. HELP

    @giffgaff absolutely appalled by the customer service at Giffgaff I’ve experienced. My partner tried to order a phone that he has received no confirmation about and is now being asked for money for it and no one has responded to our queries for 4 days.
