    Cancelled PAC, neither has full signal strength in town centre, 3 has better signal strength where I live just up the road from my parents, but same as GiffGaff where I live, so no point in moving

    @giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

    Tried to follow the 'Manual Roaming' process, attempted to sign on to 'Vodafone 4G', all but 'O2-4G' & 'O2-2G' come up 'Forbidden Network' @giffgaff. So, signed back on to 'O2-4G' Network, & tried sending myself a Text, as I have before, but only get the 'Sent' version show up.

    Your service is absolutely appalling where I live. Sent proof of another SIM working in my phone yet I still have to buy another giffgaff SIM and try that??? @giffgaff

    Dear Ofcom Complaints Team, ​I activated and topped up my account on 13 July. Although I have not been using the service outside the UK for an extended period, giffgaff used an undisclosed restriction to disconnect my service and refused my refund.@giffgaff @Ofcom

    Hi there this is now my forth day with no service and no update, I don't want to move my provider however I can't have no service, @giffgaff
