@giffgaff I got a payg sim for my spare phone yesterday and spent 30 quid on credit so I can use it as a data tethering device for my laptop at home. Live in a rural area so no fibre broadband option. Sadly, there is zero 4G signal. I thought all networks had this sorted?!

@giffgaff Hi Tasbiya I know this is the standard customer service response but there's a problem nationally and there's nothing that can be sorted with a DM. It's not me, it's O2! I've had 3 different brand new handsets and still coverage gets worse.

@giffgaff What is going on today with your signal service. This is very poor. The whole day, the signal is staying on E and no Internet access for long periods of time with seconds of it returning. Please help

  • CovHTID2022 Simon 😎 (@CovHTID2022) reported

@giffgaff Does the £35 golden bundle actually mean unlimited everything? I mean you won't slow down the mobile data to practically nothing after so much usage will you like you do on the *Always on* data...

  • Smoken_Mirrors Jill Chambers (@Smoken_Mirrors) reported

@giffgaff Thank you but just before I take this to DM I just want to say it's not one postcode - it's huge swathes of Newcastle City Centre (West End), the A1 from Kingston Park to Seaton Burn and my house in built-up Northumberland. It never used to be this bad.

  • benno44775 Beano (@benno44775) reported

@CovHTID2022 @giffgaff Hi Simon 👋 after 80gb usage on the always on your connection will be very slow. With the unlimited goodybag it’s not slowed down but after 750gb usage there is a fair usage policy
