  • nathanlawsn Nathan Lawson (@nathanlawsn) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@adamconder @OllieBrkr @giffgaff I’ve experienced that occasionally on Three also, but I found that restarting my iPhone fixes the problem, so I’m beginning to think it’s actually an iOS issue rather than a problem with the network.

  • RobDowson86 Rob Dowson (@RobDowson86) reported from Stainton and Thornton, England

@giffgaff Hi I have two queries, basically my phone sale is not appearing in selling my phone and also my revised quote is £13.50 and stating there is white dots on the screen this wasn't a issue when I send my phone to yourselves.

  • MeInSunderland #ImMe | #SAFC | 🇬🇧 🏳️‍🌈 (@MeInSunderland) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

🚨 Never buy a refurbished phone from @giffgaff they send you ducked phones then blame you for damaging it

  • SixCylinderDean Dean (@SixCylinderDean) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Hey @giffgaff can you get onto O2 about the mobile signal in Sunderland City Centre, it’s almost impossible to even load twitter.

  • mikeyoungUK Cllr Mike Young (@mikeyoungUK) reported from Elwick, England

@giffgaff I got a payg sim for my spare phone yesterday and spent 30 quid on credit so I can use it as a data tethering device for my laptop at home. Live in a rural area so no fibre broadband option. Sadly, there is zero 4G signal. I thought all networks had this sorted?!

  • jodieforeman jodiex (@jodieforeman) reported from Redcar, England

OH MY ******* GOD HOW CAN @giffgaff SEND ME THE WRONG SIM CARD TWICE YOU ******* STUPID ***** ABOUT TO ACTUALLY COMMIT A CRIME IM THAT MAD

  • e_gran Lynda D💙 (@e_gran) reported from Hartlepool, England

@RachelOrr I think you can just get a phone…it doesn’t have to have a giffgaff SIM (but check on that). However, GG is so cheap and easy and you can change plans or cancel with no contract. We have both been with them for years and years.

  • ScooterRiderFMX 🏳️‍🌈 #ImMeWhoAreYou 🏳️‍🌈 (@ScooterRiderFMX) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Data still not working. I’ll be glad when I ditch @giffgaff

@Baz92037485 @giffgaff Had a refund for the month! Great customer service from @giffgaff. Very understanding! May I add this was the only time I’ve ever had a problem during the years!

@giffgaff The heads up for the EU roaming tarried change would have been great. Working whilst on the road this summer thinking we could rely on your service 👎🏻

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@jchannon Ensure any texts you're receiving are from DPD themselves, and not from a mobile number showing a DPD link. As long as you are able to see the phone is due to arrive today, you should have no issues receiving both today. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • petecarson pete carson (@petecarson) reported

@Kearney96 it's weird how plusnet and giffgaff tried that route to be more relatable using the north instead of using southern english voices and instead what happened was i came to resent the north as a whole new customer service enemy

  • mark_simpson Mark Simpson 🏳️‍🌈🇺🇦 (@mark_simpson) reported

Trying to manage parents' mobile phone accounts on giffgaff with two-factor authentication is an absolute nightmare of emails and texts and phone calls across multiple devices. Definitely going to find a better solution to this...

  • JulesEvans11 Jules Evans (@JulesEvans11) reported

@Baz92037485 @giffgaff Me too! Ordered a sim from another company, figure there’s an issue with gif gaff and their provider (O2?) cos it’s not working well at the moment

  • Baz92037485 Baz (@Baz92037485) reported

@josephjscollen @giffgaff How did you get on Joe? Been having this trouble for about 2 weeks now, many other on different networks saying the same. Can just be down to outages and areas with low signal.
