@giffgaff Hi I have two queries, basically my phone sale is not appearing in selling my phone and also my revised quote is £13.50 and stating there is white dots on the screen this wasn't a issue when I send my phone to yourselves.

@1BenBaller @benno44775 @giffgaff Thank you Ben, if only GiffGaff customer service were as helpful, as knowing that would have very quickly resolved the issue. It is day 3 of trying now though, and with only one day until the auto-renewal I don't see much point.

@mr_spoon @giffgaff The exclamation mark means that although there's good signal in your area your phone isn't connected to the network. Going into my phone's settings (Samsung) and resetting my network settings has cured this for me in the past 1/2

@giffgaff won't take my money so my daughter can use her bloody phone! Told there was a 5hr wait for a response. Spoke to somebody on here, and they told me everything I already knew but then stopped replying when it came to them actually trying to resolve the issue. #timewasters

Honestly, @O2 I’ve been with @giffgaff for eight years and had no issues ever. I move to O2 after being persuaded and have had nothing but issues for the first week and it’s the usual story of long telephone waits and not getting help. Terrible service. #regret
