Live in a rural area so no fibre broadband option. Sadly, there is zero 4G signal. I thought all networks had this sorted?!

Lynda D๐ (@e_gran) reported from Hartlepool, England@RachelOrr I think you can just get a phoneโฆit doesnโt have to have a giffgaff SIM (but check on that). However, GG is so cheap and easy and you can change plans or cancel with no contract. We have both been with them for years and years.

A GiffGaff SIM worked fine and the speed and lack of hassle with which you refunded the roaming charges was v suspicious. I would never trust you again.

I wish to cancel under my 14-day statutory right to cancel please. How? No email, phone contact, agent does not allow questions.
