    @monaghp Hi Paul. Unfortunately, giffgaff does not support eSIM's at the moment but maybe in the future. Only O2, Vodafone and EE support eSIM's at this time - giffgaff Nicole

    @giffgaff I have no gsm signal and internet in hole UK. New card does not working properly around UK as well. Bought goody bag and can't use it.

    @luetchyboy @giffgaff Have you tried turning on/off airplane mode to see if that resets your network connection?

    @MammothWhale Other providers will be the same, as they’ll rely on Openreach to actually configure the connection. A good temporary solution would be a VOXI or Giffgaff prepaid SIM card, and putting it in a cheap 4G router. You can get them on Amazon for about £60-70
