    @ae368e1f9fd14ad @HalifaxBank @HSBC_UK Yeah they’ve mentioned that to me b4 when the Paying In machines have been broken & now Out of Service by sum1 numpty ramming a paper clip or bundle of old £5 notes in. But I don’t trust the Post Office sadly

    @enrubeyma @HSBC_UK I literally had the same problem yesterday. My question can’t be answered online and yet I never managed to get through on the phone after 40 mins yesterday. Painful.

    @HSBC_UK On online banking I keep getting a message GSA error. I have cleaned out cache and cookies and history, I have used 2 browsers. No joy. Using mobile banking I get message something went wrong. Your status says everything is fine! When will a normal service be resumed.

    @HSBC_UK @bat1150gs How about doing something now instead of waiting until September! You let customers lose access to their accounts and then say we can’t be bothered to do anything to make the app compatible, like all other banks have done #hsbc #fail

    @HSBC_UK Harborne your customer service is lacking. Queue for ten minutes with change bags to pay in to be told I have to know the amount I’m paying in so he can “check my workings”. Went to the post office and they took it without question - and paid it into my HSBC account 🤯

    @AskNationwide down AGAIN. Couldn’t pay in @homebargains - had to use a REAL BANK called @HSBC_UK - what if I didnt have access to another? Useless. 3 times been down since XmasEve Eve 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @HSBC_UK been on the phone from 3pm. Over 4 hours and you have cut me of 3 times. "busier then usual times" such poor service. Time to move to a more reliable provider. Standards have dropped. 😔 As a business account you clearly don't value.

    @HSBC_UK Errrr I know now @HSBC_UK The branch told me! My point is that it’s not mentioned on your website. Documents to bring should state ‘Marriage certificate and Photo ID’ so that it’s absolutely clear #hsbc #misinformation

    @HSBC_UK awful service. Go to Bournemouth branch which states full service. Wait 25 minutes in a queue to be told I can’t withdraw cash from a charity account. Maybe don’t advertise full services when that is a lie! #wasteoftime

    I'm really not a fan of the four clicks needed to obtain a security code in the latest app @HSBC_UK. Better UX would be to fingerprint in and provide a login security code on the first page alongside account details (just shrink it down on there for power users, right?)
