I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

@GCSchoolTeacher @sarah_owl3 @HSBC_UK If they paid the way for treatment for all medical or psychological conditions for staff equally, there’d be less of an issue with this. I’ll bet they’ve never paid for a woman’s breast cancer treatment.

@alisonelsayed @HSBC_UK She had £470 taken out of her account and initially they refused to help but finally they gave her a refund after numerous calls visits emails etc but at least it’s sorted. Thankfully. Hope you are well.
