@HSBC_UK I am having the most frustrating and difficult experience dealing trying to speak to someone and resolve an issue. Chat can’t do it, and your phone lines either cut me out after being on hold for ages or the agent isn’t of help.

@HSBC_UK customer service! Horrific! Came in two weeks ago and received a first class service! Today 1 hour later asking for same request I am still waiting!!!!!

@HSBC_UK He tried calling the number on the letter 50minutes in the queue and basically your not set up for people that don’t live their life on line to pass security. Pointless going to the bank they don’t have staff to help you really should be ashamed

@HSBC_UK Unbelievably poor service from your call centre. I transferred my account to your bank in good faith. I’m now without any access to my account or money, no way to get any help, and just had your call centre cut me off for the second time in two days. This is hellish.

@HSBC_UK why are so many customers complaining about their inability to reach you on the phone? You say “high call volumes” … how about trying “we don’t employ enough call handlers to provide a reasonable customer service experience on the phone?”

@HSBC_UK What a terrible service for new customers. Website says you need to call to book appointment, then no appointments available it would appear ever. So told just turn up. Managers don’t start work until 11:00. What a load of rubbish. #hsbcnewaccounts

@HSBC_UK failed to help me on the eighth time of trying so I’m off to first direct. I also have my partners account and a joint account move. You’re a terrible company who I won’t waste anymore time on. Goodbye and glad I never managed to join such useless bank
