@HSBC_UK Unfortunately these very long hold times are not a recent thing - it's been going on for 2-3 years. Are you actively looking to fix this by increasing staff levels? It's really bad experience as a customer, and looking through your mentions can see many people saying the same.

@HSBC_UK My mum has a very limited mobility. In branch today, despite asking for updates, they kept her waiting for an hour before saying the advisor was now on lunch. This despite having an appointment! She can't sit for 90 mins+. Please can we get modified support?

Why is it so hard to request a new login for @HSBC_UK online banking? @HalifaxBank send you a letter with new codes. HSBC want your blood type. Got absolutely no where.

@HSBC_UK I was told to contact complaint special Rhiannon today if issue has not been resolved. It hasn’t but I cannot get hold of her or anyone in that team. In fact when I called I was told that you do not have a complaints team. Please help.
