I’ve been told to activate my card but how could i do it if its not in my hand yet?!. Please i dont want to call your customer service it takes ages to even speak to them for 5 mins

Asked on the call to reset it,told it wasn't possible over the phone. That was a barefaced lie. Been told by your complaints team that it is possible. Lies!!

Then I took neighbour into his branch and guy there was fantastic. But if I hadn’t been around to take him? Shameful.
