@HSBC_UK how long are we going to suffer with staffing issues at your Bury branch? The bank is already 1 of the few that doesn’t open Saturdays, has been converted to a “digital branch” making it difficult for 2-to-sign account holders to access cash & now regularly closes 2:30pm

@HSBC_UK @Michaelrossi81 Same BS response as always. Have been waiting over a week for acknowledgment of emailing said email address. My RLS application is now over 2 months without acknowledgment. Absolute joke. @NatWestBusiness whilst you can’t help with an RLS my revenue is moving to you.

@HSBC_UK Why are random purchases of mine being cleared and charged from my account, THEN re-entering my pending and CHARGING ME AGAIN. This is unacceptable and leaving me short constantly! Also the time it takes to refund is ridiculous! Fix this please.
