@HSBC_UK I am having the most frustrating and difficult experience dealing trying to speak to someone and resolve an issue. Chat can’t do it, and your phone lines either cut me out after being on hold for ages or the agent isn’t of help.

To follow up on this @HSBC_UK have contacted and confirmed they don’t ask for personal data on a call of this type. If you get a call from 0345 013 0157 just block it. #scammers

@HSBC_UK Not that I'm aware. The only time I directly pay by card is with Apple (itunes) which is where the problem is occurring. Otherwise I usually pay for everything through paypal (there's an annoying code problem with that every few weeks) but that's at least less of a hassle.

@HSBC_UK how long are we going to suffer with staffing issues at your Bury branch? The bank is already 1 of the few that doesn’t open Saturdays, has been converted to a “digital branch” making it difficult for 2-to-sign account holders to access cash & now regularly closes 2:30pm

Hello @HSBC_UK, your telephone customer service is utterly shocking. 15 minutes and 4 agents later (how? Asked for fraud each time) STILL WAITING. This after over 1hr last week on the phone to avoid this. We're in SE Asia: costing a fortune for your ineptitude.
