    I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

    @HSBC_UK are really the most shocking bank our business has ever had the displeasure in dealing with. Their customer service is atrocious & their disregard for small & medium sized business is really quite shocking. Has anyone else received such poor service from them?

    @HSBC_UK Trying to open a savings account. I have been a customer since 1987 but the app tells me I am not a UK tax resident and can't open it. Tried calling you but after holding for 45 minutes, gave up. What am I supposed to do?

    @HSBC_UK 40 minutes on hold with no answer - logged me out of your app and removed all my stored credentials so I can’t log in. Zzzzzzzzz might have to move current account to Monzo after all. #antiquated

    @HSBC_UK been trying to get through to an agent to open the Bonus Saver account. I’m a UK tax paying resident but it says I’m not. Please help. Been waiting for 1 hour to speak to someone.

    @HSBC_UK I am unable to access my "Standing Orders and Future Payment" details. I have not been able to "chat" with a real agent and MOBA is not helpful, trying to contact you on phone is virtually impossible.
