    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

    @HSBC_UK Yes after being on hold for 1 hour 4 minutes. I am a new customer; is this the standard wait time which I have to endure to get to an agent?

    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @HSBC_UK my 80+yr parents are fed up with not being able to talk to anyone at the bank. Every number goes to a non UK call centre, they donโ€™t know security numbers, they just want to be able to speak to a person. What happened to customer service? My mum was in tears.

    Currently thousands of customers able to use their @HSBC_UK cards to pay for anything or access their online banking. Disgraceful

    Banks used to value loyal customers - literally got off a phone with @HSBC_UK customer service and was told there is no benefit of my having a HCBC account - that hit a spot - now to shop around after 10 years

    @HSBC_UK @thandiwntsgmail Interestingly,you blocked my telephone banking access on 30th March. You didn't notify me, I found out on the 17th April. Asked on the call to reset it,told it wasn't possible over the phone. That was a barefaced lie. Been told by your complaints team that it is possible. Lies!!

    @HSBC_UK your mobile banking app is not working properly, it lets me scan my thumb to log in and then freezes? Iโ€™ve since deleted the app and reinstalled it but itโ€™s still doing it! Also what will you do with pictures of myself and ID I had to provide to set the app back up???

    @HSBC_UK I closed my account with you a while ago but you keep sending me letters saying I have an important message on my account that I must log in to read. However, I canโ€™t log on as no longer have an account or any account details. What am I supposed to do please?

    Blimey @HSBC_UK you don't make it easy ! As a @firstdirecthelp customer I wanted basic info from you that can't be found online. Rang both non-HSBC & existing HSBC numbers..pls enter sort code (how do you have a sort code if you're not a customer?). I'm about to go elsewhere..

    @HSBC_UK Iโ€™m a long term customer and Iโ€™ll be switching to another bank soon. Your customer service has gone off a cliff. Your phone messages state things can be done online that canโ€™t. Some things only in branch, but canโ€™t get a branch appt for months.
