@Hyperoptic is your support team answering questions? This is the 3rd time I contacted the support team with a question, got a ticket number and no answer. Seriously?

Intermittent speeds as low as 0.35Kbps from @Hyperoptic for the last 3 weeks. Totally unusable service. Somehow the faster and more reliable of the two providers that actually cover my building so I can't switch, otherwise I would. Great job, guys.

Urrrgh got my new @Hyperoptic broadband installed not realising what a nightmare it would be to get all my smart devices connected. 4 hours with Amazon customer help and only one reconnected after very tricky technical instructions followed. Be warned if you have older devices!

Hi @Hyperoptic I’ve received a personally addressed letter from you. I have no idea where you have obtained my name and address but I have never given you permission to use this data. Please provide a link to your data protection complaints
