    So @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS and idea if the service is going to come back on in London today? Also it would be a good idea to update your service indicator on your website in line with what your CS is explaining on the live chat.

    Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

    Any news on the NW9 internet outage as it enters hour 27 @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS ? The engineer has been on site for 3 hours now and your email said it would be fixed by 530 pm and itโ€™s now after 7pm? An update that contained some information would be a good start.

    And of course no update. Shocking customer service from @Hyperoptic and @HyperopticCS . 3 updates in 24 hours for an issue affecting 100s of accounts is not acceptable.

    @jeffsprogress @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I was with Hyperoptic for 4 years, not a single outage I can recall. Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.

    @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. Theyโ€™ve now given me basically 3 months for free.

    @Hyperoptic hi. Your service people just destroyed our Internet while putting in cabling for another flat in the building. This is the SECOND TIME and we need this fixed IMMEDIATELY. The hold time when calling is hours long. DM me or Iโ€™ll go on a campaign

    @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic hyperoptic are by far the worst broadband provider in terms of both user experience and customer service i have ever had the displeasure of being a customer of, i would have doubled my already exorbitant subscription to get away from them

    Had an internet outage all morning and had to use my office phone as hotspot. Reported it to my ISP, and the issue was fixed around 1pm. I asked if there was any compensation for the disruption, and they knocked 50% off my next monthโ€™s bill. Hyperoptic lโ€™แบนฬkร n sรญ. ๐Ÿ‘

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia Stupid ***** tried to offer me a "deal" for my broadband after i had been on a rolling contract for a while that was more expensive (ยฃ75pm), managed to grind them down to a decent price and the morons didn't even put me on a new contract so left and went with HyperOptic for ยฃ25pm

    @AussieBromo I pay ยฃ35 in Scotland for 1gig down / 1gig Up from Hyperoptic. Your costs and speeds are shocking.

    @MrRoflWaffles its crazy how i would put them as one of the best, had it for 4 years and never had more than about an hour of down time :( Sorry its been so terrible for you man! @Hyperoptic sort it out
