aeris daddy (@thekuntz69) reported from Barnet, EnglandSo will @HyperopticCS or @Hyperoptic update the residents of Beaufort park NW9 as to whatโs actually happening with the outage or will they just ignore us again and slink off for the evening? Iโm going for the latter.

LUCA (@Gianluca_Leo) reported from Barnet, England@turna_music @Hyperoptic Had my installation pushed back twice weeks apart with unhelpful people on CS - just been the worst

Veracious Rex โ๐พ ๐ง๐ง Smiley ๐ โ (@SonOfCarl) reported from Harrow Weald, EnglandHyperopic is down. Circa 11pm. Appreciate the service but it would be nice if their Comms was better in moments like this. Even a template email would be better than having to trawl Twitter for answers #Hyperopticdown @Hyperoptic

aeris daddy (@thekuntz69) reported from Barnet, EnglandSo @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS and idea if the service is going to come back on in London today? Also it would be a good idea to update your service indicator on your website in line with what your CS is explaining on the live chat.

Son of Carl ๐ง๐ง๐ฏ๐ฒโ๐พ๐ (@SOCYearwood) reported from Harrow Weald, England@HyperopticCS My @Hyperoptic WiFi has just stopped working and my ability to work from home has been severed. I understand you have problems but when are you going to make any announcements or provide updates
-
Mark Kelly (@GlueWhichBinds) reported from Walthamstow, England@jeffsprogress @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I was with Hyperoptic for 4 years, not a single outage I can recall. Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.
-
aeris daddy (@thekuntz69) reported from Barnet, EnglandAnd of course no update. Shocking customer service from @Hyperoptic and @HyperopticCS . 3 updates in 24 hours for an issue affecting 100s of accounts is not acceptable.
-
aeris daddy (@thekuntz69) reported from Barnet, EnglandAny news on the NW9 internet outage as it enters hour 27 @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS ? The engineer has been on site for 3 hours now and your email said it would be fixed by 530 pm and itโs now after 7pm? An update that contained some information would be a good start.
-
Son of Carl ๐ง๐ง๐ฏ๐ฒโ๐พ๐ (@SOCYearwood) reported from Harrow Weald, EnglandVery happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

-
RoseyD77 (@RoseyD77) reported@Hyperoptic Amazing. Got hyperoptic less than a week ago... it's been down all day. No updates. Now have to pay to work outside of my home tomorrow, take time off work and still nothing from you. Not a great start. Might be the end of a very short relationship.
-
Shivers (@CicomoNosca) reported@theashrb Unfortunately I can't get Hyperoptic in my area, but I do pay ยฃ33 a month for 900mb down and like 100mb upload with EE. Still cheaper than Starlink. Not trying to knock the service because I have friends in rural areas who use it however it definitely isn't cheaper
-
Nelly Friday (@menticapti) reported@root3vil @Hyperoptic Have they been sold? The customer service used to be so good.
-
Simon (@NibblyPig) reported@theashrb Hyperoptic is severely limited to specific blocks of flats in urban areas and isn't available elsewhere. **** comparison.
-
Gregor_Masterton (@GregorMasterton) reportedGood god @Hyperoptic are absolutely tragic. Over 48 hours no service and solving world hunger would likely be easier than getting in contact with customer service. Complete shambles
-
Drahnier_ (@JaffaReinhard) reported@Hyperoptic Most useless and unhelpful customer service Iโve had with any wifi provider so far I was meant to have wifi up and running at my address originally over a month ago and still have no wifi. Engineers said they will come yesterday but didnโt and neither came today.

KusariNinja ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ (@KusariNinja) reported@jammach @theashrb @Hyperoptic I used to use hyperoptic. Their service was very unreliable. A few xmas's so we were without internet for over a week due to not having access to the cabinet on our estate. We're with community fibre now which has been much more reliable (and faster)
-
Tony Costanza (@BarryDavid69562) reported@Hyperoptic no information from your support team and no internet for +7 hours in WC1X? You prompt people to contact customer support but all they say is โhopefully it will work soonโ. Can we do better?

Motoke of Lagos (@Motoke_OG) reportedHyperoptic would be the death of me. Theyโre the only ones that are giving me trouble sigh.
