Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.

Still not resolved my problem and will not send an engineer out to diagnose a reoccurring problem. 0/10 Ps folk. Do not, I mean never use Hyperoptic because if you have problems they don't care.
