Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

@virginmedia As it happens, I have just caused our building to be wired for Hyperoptic - think you might be seeing a bit of an exodus from this corner of London when that service is connected in the next month or so.

  • UKPolicyPro PolicyPro (@UKPolicyPro) reported

@Hyperoptic This, for anyone else, is @Hyperoptic 's reply. What we need to know is the cause/how long it will take to fix. Another 36 hours? "We're sorry about the disturbance due to the outage. We understand that this is a big inconvenience, our team is still at the area working on this."

  • najeeb_hamid7 Najeeb Hamid (@najeeb_hamid7) reported

@Hyperoptic you have left our flat (and the whole building) in E1W with no WiFi since July, had the nerve to still charge us for WiFi then refused to issue a refund. Appalling company and treatment, never get your WiFi for them unless you can avoid it

  • F1Danii Danielle (@F1Danii) reported

No Wi-Fi for 11 days, and within 48 hours it’s down again. @HyperopticCS Hyperoptic bet you’re glad to see me back tweeting you again. How can you subject a customer to this level of shoddy service? My lively hood is reliant on broadband and you’re putting this at risk.

  • darren_scott Darren Scott (@darren_scott) reported

Are your services down in London @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS? Have sent a DM

  • FannyUrquhart Real_Fanny_Urquhart (@FannyUrquhart) reported

@andyAVAVsystems We have hyperoptic Their (Polish?) crews put a lot of purple conduit about first and then came back round hooking it up To be fair - and I am a misery - they weren’t that bad. There aren’t that many cabinets. Some pods put on poles

  • EyUpDucks Ducks (@EyUpDucks) reported

I wouldn't recommend this company ever - @Hyperoptic You get in touch because you need to downgrade due to cost of living and they said they'll charge me 50% more for the lower package. Feels like I've been trapped and this is how they treat people struggling for money.
