  @natalyadell @tweetCDN @bbc_ability @Hollyoaks @ITV It's been a serious issue for disability talent. You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. Hence my new career path.

  I worked at @ITV for over 4 years and worked on some crazy pilots, some which did well and others which were scrapped... I really hope the same happens for #TheMaskedSinger. Absolutely awful. 🤮

  @emmerdale @ITV @WeAreSTV I've said this for sometime now, Emmerdale should go back to a more 3 day a week schedule. Thus means less having to draw out storylines, and potentially get even better performances out of actors on set. Quality over Quantity. #Emmerdale
