Just finished watching @ITV #Stephen great dramatisation of a terrible true crime. What is the matter with the Met? One man uncovered some of the truth and they retired him, 3 killers still walk free and they don’t give a toss??

@GMB @Lemar @ITV I used 2 work in pub - LOVED IT. I tee-total & looked fwd 2 having a great laugh at ppls drunken jokes, I chose 2 take clumsy chat up lines as a compliment. Drunken violence unacceptable but if things were getting OTT we simply threw them out. This will kill what trade remains.

@jdrwilcox @ITV it just so happened that my work was very much clinical service based and not lab based and i was a senior registrar in a department where pretty much everyone was encouraged/supported to do a doctorate. But this was the late 1990s. It would be harder these days

@mancunianmedic @ITV For my part, I don’t know how people write up when they’re back in clinical service, let alone do the research and work in the hospital. How did that work? I’ll be aiming to have it done and dusted before I’m back in the hospital.
