You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. The ref makes a call and if var sees a clear and obvious error such as a foul being outside the box, they inform the ref so he can change his mind. The only bias here is your own.
