You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. There is now audio description on #catchphrase and its hilarious because whilst I applaud the idea it doesn’t work! At all! Often it describes the catch phrase after it has been guessed sometimes it does not describe it at all. So it’s of almost no use @ITV
