  I worked at @ITV for over 4 years and worked on some crazy pilots, some which did well and others which were scrapped... I really hope the same happens for #TheMaskedSinger. Absolutely awful. 🤮

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. I went a few years earlier as quality was moving down the strategy. Interestingly itv have brought back stenos to cover their day time programming for quality.

You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

Poor production values and camera work which is 💩 along with awful script writing is why the viewing figures have died. Needs massive overhaul or canceling
