You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. @andrewmcb Really sad to see her go but in all honesty it really dosent surprise me. Corrie is in such a mess. I can honestly see many more big exits coming unless @ITV realise the soap is in crisis. Many many long term fans are switching off myself included because of the dip in quality.
