Guess that’s what it takes to get quality TV

You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. Newspapers will only stop all this when we stop reading and clicking. I never watched Love Island, but I tweeted at time it’s a shame Caroline Flack was pushed under a bus whilst ITV rushed to help rehabilitate Ant & Dec for ratings reasons.
