You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come.     @gillyn4 @ITV Agree but the writers aren't the issue they get told what type of characters to write the issues are with the executive producer lain Macleod and producer Kate Brooks that's where the ideas come from or lack of them at the moment.
