You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come.     @ITV why is #GraceITV all filmed in green, taupe and turquoise? It is awful. Men don’t wear green suits. They certainly don’t wear matching green suits. Green walls, green cars, green furniture, green everything. So unrealistic. Brighton isn’t green. I know, I live there.
