You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. I believe someone is taking legal action in the US against YouTube (they charge people not to see ads, but that doesn’t exclude ads that content creators have purposefully edited in)
