You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. These transcripts are expensive. Sometimes they hand down written judgement. Those go automatically onto the record and are freely available. For some reason Timmy Fancourt decided to do this one as oral only. Almost as though he didn’t want a written record of it. That would probably be a conspiracy theory though.
