You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come.   currently, my @YouTube videos average anywhere from 3k-22k views and get pretty decent engagement.. yesterday’s upload.. 112 views. come on @ITV, we work hard to get a decent reach on our channels with our content edits and this newly invoked copyright block that is restricting nearly all @itvcorrie content is insanely damaging. we weren’t being flagged for copyright before, so why now?
