You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. Hence my new career path.

Cos they haven't asked them have they? So instead they give us money towards bills. But in effect it's actually appeasing funders.
