That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. @InkedUpSHAQ I know. The problem is, producers don’t have a clue or they care more about ratings. They need better research & the @itv Head Of Diversity #AdeRawcliffe needs to get involved. Y handled herself very well in there, shame she was never set up to find her match in the first place.

You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.
