I have been a KCOM. Customer for over 30 years. All i did was move to a new house. I have not had this with any other utility

That was the whole point of them approaching KCOM to rent out some of its capacity. Yes it would cost a lot, no denying that but you can't tell me it wouldnt be made back.

Because it would open up real competition, not these WISPS. Real competition that would drive down prices. Hell, it would also gice us another option to sky!
