KCOM Care (@KCOMcare) reported@k_brooks61 This has been confirmed as an issue, not just isolated to KCOM but one that is also affecting other providers such as BT, SKY we have been informed there is an issue with the third party who manages the routing to The CO-OP Banks website, this company is actively investigating.

Jez Kaye (@ninjawalrus68) reported@CooperativeBank @bankwithsmile for 7 days now users of KCOM, Sky, BT and Virgin internet have not been able to access online banking without using mobile data or a VPN. All I see is "3rd party" "not our problem" "pushing for a resolution". You're a major bank, get on with it.

Jane Shaw (@JanieSu) reported@CooperativeBank hi I live in Hull and there seems to be a problem at the moment with being able to connect to Internet banking via KCom which is our only available service provider here. I know several friends are having the same issue. I've contacted KCom are you able to help.
