That doesn’t mean that every individual is satisfied & problems don’t occur, particularly around wifi which can be affected by many factors. A dodgy router for example, or a poor costumer services dept

And another thing... (@enjoysilences) reported@McBazface @EmmaHardyMP Service is good but costs are high. KCom are a monopoly provider which means bundling broadband, phone, TV together is significantly more expensive here than I’ve paid anywhere else in the UK. Also the hole drilled through wall wasn’t blocked properly so got rising damp.
