    Hello @LloydsBank. Following the death of my father, my mum has received an email from your bereavement team asking for a photo of her driving licence and the death certificate. The link in the email goes to an unsecured website. Am I right to be suspicious? Thanks.

    So @LloydsBank is down, you cannot view or access your accounts and cannot use your card. I just called Lloyds to find out why and I've been told that it's planned maintenance and will be down till 3am. I've not been notified of this and I use the banking app daily. #crap_service

    @LloydsBank As I suspected, following a visit to our local branch, they have advised they cannot resolve the matter. So who will? I want a senior manager to contact me immediately on 01243 535441. Ps I have been a Lloyds customer for 45 years but not much longer unless you act now.

    @LloydsBank @7FAM_EU have received my goods in but send 2 Holland,they won’t refund until then,even though they have them😡it will be 30 working days onwards before I get refund, I may pay off CC so I don’t get charged interest, when refund arrives will you reconcile, no penalty?

    @LloydsBank The number was already updated!!! That is not the issue. 3D authentication contact number is wrong😡. This is not helpful! I hopped for help, but this is pointless. It is clear: Lloyd's is not listening and is not helpful. I am done with Lloyd's. Worst bank I ever dealt with

    @LloydsBank is there a problem with depositing cheques on the app? I scan through front and the back and then before I can click on review deposit it all just disappears! Tried multiple times today

    @LloydsBank Thank you will try now. It won’t let me use my iPhone fingerprint access and when I rang the internet banking helpline on the app it asked for my bank account and sort code
