Hello @LloydsBank. Following the death of my father, my mum has received an email from your bereavement team asking for a photo of her driving licence and the death certificate. The link in the email goes to an unsecured website. Am I right to be suspicious? Thanks.

@alanfullerqpr @LloydsBank Their servers are down but it could also be that you need to visit a branch to verify him with a passport and debit card. Use their chat helpline on the app.
