@LloydsBank I was told the couldn’t help me as my card was used in Liverpool today, upon calling my parents this was not the case they just used that as an excuse not to help me! I want something done about this as I have blatantly been lied to by your STAFF!!!

@LloydsBank is it common practice that you train staff in your branches to lie? I am away in the south and f England but I have left my savings card up north, I went into branch with my driver’s license like I have a few times while I’ve been down here!

@LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

@LloydsBank I tried to use my card on five separate machines and it kept saying there was a fault. The automated service said the same and I couldn't get through to an operator. What is going on with it!?@

@LloydsBank I made a payment. You blocked it. A week or so later you shut down my online banking. I had to find a time when I had at least a clear hour to stay on hold to get it unblocked. There was no other system. No text or 2FA etc. This is not sustainable.

@LloydsBank This effectively makes your policy - "Do not pay people with online banking". Use Pay Pal. If you are going to shut down my bank account unless I sit on the phone for an hour. I can't risk it. As you shut my local branch- where I joined as a 9 year old - I could not even pop in.

@LloydsBank do you actually understand how stressful you made an already terrible situation! Mum is very ill on a coronary care unit. Your lack of ability to do anything to help me pay a bill she is stressing about was disgraceful. Your operative did not care less!

@LloydsBank was through to one operator who then sweep my query took 25 mins to then put me through to another department to which I have been on hold for another hour and half now! Great way to spend my Saturday 😑 terrible customer service
