@LloydsBank my name has been changed on my online banking details, to a name that isn’t mine. Every time I call it also asks for ALL my card details which I’m inclined to believe isn’t right. Pleas help !??!

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Had to speak to @firstdirect to help with IBAN payments to crypto brokers overseas & they tried everything to dissuade me from making the payments Every time I phone the bank I wind the staff up about the fact that DeFi will replace the banking system and XRP takes 4s not 4 days

@LloydsBank That is correct, I am trying to transfer money to my son which I do frequently and it is saying that it can’t send, also on my husbands app it is saying account suspended! It is a joint account. Please help as you can see the trouble trying to ring from our mobiles from Dubai

@LloydsBank You have sent me a text with the same 0800 number I rang only to be told that Lloyds could not clear the payment for the reason above. Was told to phone back in two or three hours and presumably wait for another 25 minutes. Why can’t Lloyds be proactive and phone the customer?
