@LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

@LloydsBank To be fair to the cashier; she did take them in the end (I did feel rather humiliated though). What an awful customer experience; trying to give a bank some money and them making a song and dance about it. Why a limit of 10 a day; it only took another 2 minutes to do the other 7

@LloydsBank Still having issues with mobile app. Have not been able to access for 2 days. Browser login works fine. Mobile says an error has occurred and asks to check Internet connection, I am definitely online however.

@LloydsBank Yes I get the same error, tried all the steps mentioned. Tried disconnected mobile data then WiFi vice versa. App just gets the same error saying I'm not connected
