Big shout out to Connor, manager of @LloydsBank in Herne Bay. After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.

@VueHelp Hi Vue can you please sort the issue with using Club Lloyds vouchers on ur website. This issue is going on for ages. @LloydsBank Please take note. Almost defeats having these vouchers if it's cumbersome to book

@LloydsBank help! Ringo car parking app rejecting Lloyds bank card when has been used fine for months up to last week. Customer services telling me Lloyds have a block on Ringo but not why. I am missing train to work etc. Plse advise.
