    Big shout out to Connor, manager of @LloydsBank in Herne Bay. After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.

    @D96Trading @Josh_Cranfield @LloydsBank Ppl can make mistakes, for the shake of help others not to get in the same place I am . Passcode change constantly so I thought it was no a problem . If there were not fraud I wouldn’t have to do this in the first place so it’s hope

    @LloydsBank Gillian , the passcode it was an old one not a new one , I wouldn’t have sent it otherwise. Please inform customer when you change the way you operate in terms of fraud.
