@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

Hey @LloydsBank #Android13 looks to be rolling out to Pixel phones from this week. In 2021 when Android 12 came out your banking app stopped working. Before I upgrade to Android 13 can you confirm that the Lloyds banking app works with Android 13?

Big shout out to Connor, manager of @LloydsBank in Herne Bay. After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.

@LloydsBank when you’re abroad and you’ve lost access to your card and app, you’d speak to your bank thinking they could help only for them to make things even bloody worse. Now I can’t access telephone banking or do f*** all with my account let alone try access money. Thanks

Time to move away from @LloydsBank, Ive been buying crypto no problems since 2014 and they all of a sudden decide to block my account. Been on hold for 40 mins to fraud to be told they have a specialist crypto team - which had to wait for again to be instantly cut off...

Genuinely thinking about changing my business banking to a different bank, purely because every time I sign in they make me use a card reader and it drives me absolutely crazy. @LloydsBank WHO on earth carries a card reader everywhere with them?! It's madness!
