@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

@LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

@LloydsBank From the stream. 1. Why branches aren’t open reasonable hours, or more branches open weekends. 2. Why more and more branches keep being shut. 3. Why your website doesn’t have up to date information. As customers we are getting less and less service from banks.

@LloydsBank For any customers overseas - solve the problem by passcode text message/online inbox message similar to the text passcode needed for online banking - no need for the customer to spend tens of pounds on a multiple fraught calls to the UK

Because my bank keeps closing our local branches, I set up an appointment at @LloydsBank to open an account with them... only to find out today that they're closing their branch down in January. So hoping the guy on the phone cancelled the appointment for me!
