@LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

@LloydsBank Very disappointed with the service received today at your Sutton Coldfield branch. Very rude, patronising way of serving customers. What's happened to your superb service from years ago. I am still recovering from the shock 😲😲😲 Please improve and speak with staff

@LloydsBank They cannot access their account as it says that their details have been suspended and I was wondering if I were to pay them if the payment would go through?

@LloydsBank How does cashback actually work on my credit card? How am I meant to access it or benefit from it? It seems the balance just builds up, and I can only receive it when I close my account? (Which is a perverse incentive for a loyalty programme to offer!)
