@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

@LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

@LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank No it doesnt help we have contacted amozon they say there is nothing wrong and today the bank have said its a subscription that he hasnt set up so what are we supposed to do now ? i would like to know why your security hasnt flagged it as it looks like its from the us ?

@LloydsBank your customer service is appalling. On hold for 45 minutes and when I finally speak to someone I get cut off. Ring back and told its atleast 45 minute wait - could your staff not ring people back?
