    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank I want to close my and my partners HTB ISA’s - I tried to close them online but it says there’s an issue and I need to do this in branch - is there anyway we can do this remotely?

    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

    @LloydsBank days or go into the bank..during the world pandemic; what about internet banking (oh wait, it’s not working properly) or the emergency of a transaction. Appalling service, not the call center person’s fault, just Lloyds practices, don’t make sense

    @LloydsBank Yes it was a direct debit. Cineworld have said there was an external technical problem and that’s why they have taken it out but are now in the process of a refund that will take 3-5 Working days to be refunded.

    @LloydsBank absolute disgrace! Shocking customer service. Robbed of 10k and told it will take 15 days to investigate. Day 16 get a text to say I’ll hear in another 20 days!! No phone call of an update and can’t get through to your fraud team! @BBCNews @Telegraph #moveyourmoney

    @LloydsBank and the automatic voice attendant doesn’t function properly. So why is it still on me to fix this (going into the bank or waiting 5 working days) if it’s your mess up?

    @LloydsBank If the app was working I could’ve transferred money but no, once again you’ve got “technical problems” so I’m now out of pocket and going to be charged extra for the overdraft. Awful service frankly
