    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    As @LloydsBank announces today it will close more branches I wonder how many people will suffer. Not everyone can access or know how to use Internet banking. How many people with learning disabilities will lose independence b'cause the counter staff have gone

    @LSRPlaid @mabonapgwynfor @LloydsBank There are no recent examples of a planned closure reversal. People forget that banks are businesses. Elsewhere, the face to face services have been taken on by Post Offices for those who are unable to use a computer or telephone. Which in turn helps support POs It’s closing

    @LloydsBank No error messages Gary. The app is just thinking and never moves beyond the sign in page. My other banking apps work fine

    @LloydsBank my banking app has been suspended with an error number 9200117. I have been on hold now to the bank for 40 minutes !!! What is going on
