@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank Can you please tell me why you’ve decided to close my local branch on Saturdays, and also why you have removed the function to pay cash in at the cash machine. I work full time, and now I’m not able to get to the bank when I need to pay cash in! Very unhappy customer!

I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 but I’ve just had the most terrible service from them. A call from customer service took 2 months to get. I’m worried about the state they’re in, they can’t seem to show value to their long-standing customers. Told me on the phone how..
