  • desouzadennis1 Dennis De Souza (@desouzadennis1) reported from Manchester, England

@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

  • davidh7426 David V Humphreys (@davidh7426) reported from Stockport, England

@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

  • bigbencorrie Ben Corrie (@bigbencorrie) reported from Manchester, England

Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

  • GeorgiaHulmes Georgia Hulmes (@GeorgiaHulmes) reported from Manchester, England

@LloydsBank I want to close my and my partners HTB ISA’s - I tried to close them online but it says there’s an issue and I need to do this in branch - is there anyway we can do this remotely?

@LloydsBank As a HongKongers, I always happy for the help of Lloyd's international. After I relocated here in London, I opened your bank account without a second thought. Unfortunately, I had a worst experience ever. My name cannot be shown properly so I msg CS, called hotline..

  • JohnCha00458074 John C (@JohnCha00458074) reported

@YanisJames91 @LloydsBank @MartinSLewis This is the problem, if you don’t own property nobody is willing to lend sufficient amounts to buy a house .. in your example there simply aren’t houses available for the money you could borrow

  • HFO_ALS Head of Finance&Operations (@HFO_ALS) reported

@LloydsBank can you please confirm if the issues around payments leaving Lloyds accounts have now been resolved. We have had many staff not receive their pay today which is not acceptable.

  • BeaumontDMD Darren Dixon (@BeaumontDMD) reported

@karendalmeny @LloydsBank Similar tale in Totton, Karen. I don't think that's a million miles from you, but they are going down like dominoes. Their attitude stinks when you complain. They treat you like a criminal, not a customer

  • CubDJS DJHS (@CubDJS) reported

@LloydsBank good morning, my monthly SO to my NatWest acc hasn't reached it yet. They say I'm overdrawn because of my SO to my Savings acc. I can see you're working on the issue; I just wanted to check PSR covers any overdrawn charges that may be incurred by your system issues?

  • LurtisLurtis Curtis Curtis (@LurtisLurtis) reported

@jen31_jones @LloydsBank This is awful! I could cry right now! I know it’s stupid but!

  • windust windust (@windust) reported

    @bolehillbilly @LloydsBank Bank van? What a load of ****.

  • PJPWv2 🎅🏼Dave🎅🏼 (@PJPWv2) reported

@HelpSheffield @benmiskell @LloydsBank I most certainly do - I do a lot of voluntary work around improving online literacy and educating vulnerable people on cyber safety. Fixing access to the internet should be the priority rather than trying to dictate how private companies are run. But petitions are cheap…

  • Midnightginger Oig Doris the Bunny 🌺 (@Midnightginger) reported

@VeggieRt1984 @MasuPotato @LloydsBank I don't think service providers would have any difficulties to display 3-Letter name since quite pretty sure those names such as Ben, Joe and Amy are quite common here I.
