Lloyds Bank Issues Reports Near Poynton, England
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Poynton and nearby locations:
-
David V Humphreys (@davidh7426) reported from Stockport, England@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.
-
🌞 nerealbeanie (@onerealbeanie) reported from Manchester, England@LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.
-
debbie snowdon (@DebbieSnowdon) reported from Buxton, England@LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!
-
Dennis De Souza (@desouzadennis1) reported from Manchester, England@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service
-
debbie snowdon (@DebbieSnowdon) reported from Buxton, England@LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.
-
Steve Dawson (@SteveDawsonCKT) reported from Barton upon Irwell, England@LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome
-
Ben Corrie (@bigbencorrie) reported from Manchester, EnglandAwful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡
-
Dennis De Souza (@desouzadennis1) reported from Manchester, England@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.
-
Steve Dawson (@SteveDawsonCKT) reported from Barton upon Irwell, England@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?
-
Nathan Lewis (@NathanLewis1987) reported from Manchester, England@LloydsBank if I can use my personal details to login to internet banking does that mean my account has been approved?
-
Georgia Hulmes (@GeorgiaHulmes) reported from Manchester, England@LloydsBank I want to close my and my partners HTB ISA’s - I tried to close them online but it says there’s an issue and I need to do this in branch - is there anyway we can do this remotely?

-
Holly (@Holly2298866077) reported@LloydsBank Hello, my usual wages are paid in between midnight and 1am and still haven't come through is there any issue with delayed payments?
-
Adrian Warner (@adrian_warner) reported@LloydsBank I’ve been through all of this with your service team and they can’t help. I have another account with @Barclays, so I think I will try to set one up there
-
Maxine Connolly (@MaxineConn28577) reported@LloydsBank Now saying login details need reset...I hadn't even entered any!
-
Artur Nadolny (@ArturNadol7566) reported@hollyandpippa @johnmcdonnellMP @LloydsBank That is exactly part of the problem. Ordinary people are told help is available, then every practical route gets blocked by fear, cost, pressure, or professional gatekeeping. Doris should never be left facing a bank like Lloyds with support standing back because of legal threats.
-
LisaS (@ls39767284) reportedIf you want a business bank which actually works, don't go with @LloydsBank . Their securities team won't pick up the phone and nor do they reply to emails. Customer service staff are completely impotent in managing to unblock the stonewalling.
-
Steve Leonard (@steveleonard72) reported@LloydsBank No complaint needed. After speaking to your fraud squad it turns out that the card was due to expire month end and for some reason a block was added. So they kindly removed it after some checks. Might be worth making it a priority suggestion instead of those given.
-
John (@burntcustard) reported@dwaynepipe4eva @LloydsBank I had a similar problem recently with Halifax (also part of LBG) not letting me pay for a car. Going to swap away because their alleged anti-fraud checks have been progressively getting more invasive, unnecessary, and likely to block payments over the last few years
-
Holly_thedog (@hollyandpippa) reported@LloydsBank Can a DSAR help me if I want to make a complaint?
-
flowersandchains (@LadyMuckOMRLP) reported@LloydsBank 1. Another thing: you are facilitating fraudsters. The reason why there is so much online fraud is because you do not crack down on it, instead you push back responsibility onto your customers when there is nothing they can do until after the act, when they find out.
-
John Spencer (@jonniespence) reported@DavidWebbTweet @LloydsBank Your statement: “Lloyds bank have changed their internet banking system. You no longer have to enter your password to log in! This is a major security flaw in the software update”. How is this a major security flaw ?!?!?!
