@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank 45 minute wait only to be put back into the queue by one of your agents. All I want to do is verify my Apple Pay. Tried to do it online but your site isn’t sending me a code via text. Come on guys it shouldn’t be this hard!!!
