Never set up a charity bank account with @LloydsBank. Absolutely shocking service. We’ve been trying to set up an account since December of last year. They’ve lost our personal data on 2 occasions now. No one knows what they’re doing. What a shambles.

@OliverDowling1 @LloydsBank Don't bother calling, have the exact same issue and after an hour of waiting, the representative had a strop when talking to me and just disconnected.
