    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank I have a Premier account and am trying to update my mobile phone insurance. However all I get is a message saying my benefits portal is not set up and will take 48 hours. I tried calling but they couldn’t help.

    @LloydsBank I’ve now attempted this about 3 times with nothing in the background and it’s happening on more websites, I understand it’s for protection but I’ve been in a new country now for over 3 months and some of these site worked fine before this week.

    @botzarelli @LloydsBank Still amazes me, because their reputation was initially the reason I opened accounts with them. In any case, I can shut down my accounts with Lloyds in a heartbeat - both credit and banking - which I'll probably do during my lunch break next week.

    @LloydsBank my daughter needs to get her card unblocked so she can travel home tomorrow. She waited ages on the customer service line to be given another tel no to call but This new number just cuts off straight away

    @PaulioB @LloydsBank Being from the pre-loan era with a grant and no fees I had no debt so it was my own money they wouldn’t let me have without queuing. Despite their other problems I’ve had 32 years of great service from RBS.

    @PaulioB @LloydsBank I banked with them as a kid but they were so prudent that it was near impossible for me to take cash out of my student account (for some reason refused a card so I had to write cheques payable to cash in branch).
