@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank They said they required an enrolled deed poll in order to change my name, this was speaking to customer services in the Lloyds in Birmingham. The DVLA and everywhere else have accepted my unenrolled deed poll without issue
