    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank what's the point of having the support option in the app whenever you try to use is "agents aren't avaliable" and the chat is closed. Why not just state that before spending 10 minutes selecting options

    @LloydsBank you really have the worst customer service. Spoken to 4 people on the phone so far and nobody can help me. My card payments are getting declined online and I haven’t been able to use my card for a week.

    @LloydsBank They said they needed to transfer me through to fraud to do some checks. But when I speak to the next person they don’t seem to be fraud and can’t help either

    @LloydsBank I’ve already confirmed this above. But the Staines and Putney branches. Staines branch said they would investigate, but clearly haven’t. Your Twitter team last time simply said that the cashpoints are working, which they aren’t. Why is this so difficult to resolve?
