    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    @LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    @LloydsBank your online complaint form says service disruption. I wish to make an online complaint as deaf. Your home emergency service has been uncontainable all day & into this evening! … Not good for vulnerable customers! I am physically disabled & without heating. Not happy

    @LloydsBank Looks like your bank is in trouble. Just had a payment refused. Your apps is showing no details of my accounts & when I log in from a personal computer the same thing. Says you have an error! Terrible timing on one of the busiest shopping days of the year

    THE MISERY OF LLOYDS. We now have a complete boiler failure. @LloydsBank 'Home Emergency' via AXA aren't accepting calls. Our house is literally freezing. I'm just recovering from a chest infection. What do you do next in Broken Britain? Phone for an ambulance that isn't coming?
