@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank I cannot log onto my banking app on my iPhone. It can’t authenticate. Is this an issue with your server, or on you end? Some help would be much appreciated
