@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank you need help with implementing and moving forward in IT. I am really surprised that one of the biggest banks is using such out of date software that puts customers data at risk.

@LloydsBank Ok, but this is very frustrating, i spoke to 2 people on Saturday, to then be put through to the wrong team then after 2 hrs of waiting the phone was put down! I am very disappointed with this service! Thanks for your reply!
