🌞 nerealbeanie (@onerealbeanie) reported from Manchester, England@LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.
-
Georgia Hulmes (@GeorgiaHulmes) reported from Manchester, England@LloydsBank I want to close my and my partners HTB ISA’s - I tried to close them online but it says there’s an issue and I need to do this in branch - is there anyway we can do this remotely?
-
David V Humphreys (@davidh7426) reported from Stockport, England@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

Raindrop 💙 (@Raindrop20002) reported@robsutton @LloydsBank This has happened to me again! 3rd time in a week. Authorising payment, submitting the OTP and still payment not accepted. Poor service. Fraud team don’t answer. 50 min wait and counting!
-
Jo Harrington (@1joharrington) reported@LloydsBank I’m not your customer - can’t you find out the answer? It should just be a matter of company policy.
-
robster (@robsutton) reported@LloydsBank Thank you StephenB. We have little option. One more item of feedback: we accept that fraud prevention is a necessary service, but if it is contingent on the use of telephones, at least have the decency to provide sufficient numbers of staff to answer them!
-
New Build Database #nbdbuk (@nbdbuk) reported@Charlot11085585 Should also add, this isn’t a slight on @LloydsBank, they have a set risk appetite and these issue properties are likely outside that appetite. It’s frustrating that time and again this is presented as a new solution, in reality the numbers barely move.
-
Omegaspecialist (@Omegaspecialis1) reported@DECRYPTOTECHNO1 @LloydsBank That's garbage
-
David Crosby (@davidcrosby) reported@LloydsBank No problem. Thanks
-
Jack Layton (@JSLayton1992) reported@LloydsBank Hi Sophie-Louise that’s all well & good but I need to gain access to my online banking which means I need to speak to someone on the phone to get this sorted immediately as your online process doesn’t seem to allow me in now I have a new phone and number to the one registered.
-
Kate McEvoy (@ImKateMc) reported@LloydsBank hi I tried to make a payment, used the one time code & it was still rejected, can you please advise? Online banking app couldn’t help
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported@LloydsBank the mobile app for iOS is displaying double sets of transactions for the most recent period. Confirmed by checking website this is just a display error but wanted to flag it as a fault (can’t send screenshot as that has all my private info in!)
-
Jack Layton (@JSLayton1992) reported@LloydsBank The woman I spoke to seemed clueless to the point it had me almost questioning whether I was talking to a genuine member of Lloyds staff or not. Some serious retraining needed because the level of service provided was appalling and very amateurish at best.
