    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank I want to close my and my partners HTB ISA’s - I tried to close them online but it says there’s an issue and I need to do this in branch - is there anyway we can do this remotely?

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank I called them.dey r saying I need to do police case as dey sent me email saying on 28th Feb atm machine was working fine. My point was I have been scammed thru some device which was tapped on my atm wen I was withdraw amount.i also told them tt atm card jammed into the machine

    @LloydsBank 40 minutes wait time for Phonebank, get real. The same old pathetic excuse, high call volumes. If your service was good, you wouldn't get the calls in the first place or get more staff. Useless beyond belief, people have more important things to do with their time.

    @LloydsBank It's on the Merchant's side: Starship Technologies. Went to order a food delivery like normal. Both my debit & credit card had payment unable to be processed error messages. Contacted Starship and they said they don't support 3D Authentication.

    @HalifaxBank do not give your business to this poor excuse for a bank. Customer support is pathetic. Complains department is pathetic. Support fraud. Deny GDPR. Fail KYC and AML procedures. Avoid at all costs. Don’t forget #lloydsbank is the parent bank.

    @LloydsBank My name is not David!! your the last bank off about 10 to vanish ..ps post office are dreadful I will be in time closing my saving and business account down when I find one that will look after my needs. You have left a town with out a bank and some don’t do online banking SHAME

    @MartinSLewis after having a free bank account + benefits for decades with @LloydsBank in exchange for leaving money with them they started charging 😡 now they say they can take paper statements away or I’d lose access to internet banking! Squeezing every penny & customers 😡
