    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank Hi. No, there is nothing there. Why is this an issue, it never used to be. There has always been an icon in at the top left of the screen to save them to the location you wish to. As I don’t save them on my phone. It’s still there on the Halifax app which I also use.

    @me_not_animal @LloydsBank Making it convenient with work is indeed the problem. We can't easily get to a branch at the same time. It might just be easier to close the account and open a new joint one with an online bank instead

    @LHRPhotos @LloydsBank Wow. Thanks for the Help. My friend is not on twitter and given @LloydsBank insurance have not caused the urgently needed car repair by the underwriter for my friend a frontline NHS worker I was asked to help raise the case so we get the car repaired so he can go to work

    Worst customer service ever by @Assurant @DPDgroup_news and @LloydsBank - a mere 10 days after DPD claimed they delivered my partner’s replacement mobile phone, but didn’t as pic not our house and ITS NOT HERE Assurant has finally opened complaint. 10 days. To open not resolve.

    @LloydsBank Appointments you’ve cancelled. Oh, and I’ve been told by 2 different branches now the issue with getting appointments is that your closing so many branches the ones that are left are over worked…. Sounds like closing them wasn’t such a good idea really.

    @Eatonmess1 @LloydsBank @moneydashboard Turns out it was an issue on Lloyds side, but just with log in. But they thought it was MD. MD suggested I try logging in using the Android app (MD? Lloyds? Both? Can't remember), and that worked just fine.

    @LloydsBank please call me immediately and explain why I no longer have not been able to access my account since Friday? And why I have received no explanation of what's going on. I had to leave a petrol station without paying and borrow cash during this time. Shocking
