    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank I want to close my and my partners HTB ISA’s - I tried to close them online but it says there’s an issue and I need to do this in branch - is there anyway we can do this remotely?

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank Such a pity that Lloyds Customer Service, and its iconic black horse, cannot bring empathy, efficiency, and conscionable service into the heart of their daily business? That they are bogged down in their technocratic bureaucracy when dealing with anything like a real problem?

    @LloydsBank As I have already said, I have tried multiple times with multiple browsers and both 5G and WiFi on both my phone and my laptop. Every time I filled quite a lot of personal detials and then at the very last stage of submitting application, it got into error.

    @LloydsBank I didn't give you my telephone details so you could spam me with junk text requests for feedback on my customer experience. The experience just got even worse. I will be closing my account at the earliest opportunity.

    @LloydsBank This is the problem though. I can’t wait and go on hold. I have to keep trying and getting cut off. This is adding to the stress of what I am trying to deal with as have two young children in the house. At least if I could go on hold I would know I will eventually get through.

    @thisone0verhere Working on a fruit and veg stall in Wembley Market lugging heavy sacks of potatoes. I couldn't move for a week. Also @LloydsBank. I resigned after a week. It just wasn't me. I was a temporary secretary for a day. I was sacked.
