    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    I went to my bank's still present high street branch to complain directly today. At least I know someone there & it beats spending hours on the phone again. @LloydsBank really have let me down. Whatever transpires, they've lost me as a customer. Must now find another better bank.

    @LloydsBank Just been trying to call for over half an hour. I've been hung up on twice when I've managed to get through, and now I'm blocked from mobile and Internet banking and urgently need to fix this. Why are agents hanging up on people in these stressful times?

    My engagement with @LloydsBank this weekend and the failure to get a response from their Home Emergency service (provided by @AXA) has been very challenging. 93 minutes on one call before being cut off, two previous calls cut off prematurely too. It's a dystopian nightmare.

    @LloydsBank Not sure who exactly he spoke to he spoke to multiple people who were unsure of the problem but said he would be able to log in via the website or on another device, neither of which have worked

    @LloydsBank I'm trying to pay money off my credit card but I'm getting an error message, the credit card company say the error means the payment has been declined by my bank. I have enough money in my bank account to make the payment so I don't understand why you're declining it
