@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank Hi Laura, an update for you. The branch didnt call me as I predicted - they close at 3pm. Given the importance of the situation, we had to drive to the branch - defeating the object of phonebank. The branch was empty when I got there too. Your service today has been awful tbh

@hpsauce43 @LloydsBank Lol...Now they are saying it was sent to the wrong address? But how can that be, since I contacted @Lloydsbank Customer Services on the 14th of Jan, one month after 14th Dec., and they said they would send out a Final Response ASAP? Someone is lying here?#ByYourSide

@CET_UK @LloydsBank 1 of 2 , And there appears to be another problem I have not been given a CET ref only a lloyds reference number, reported boiler breakdown at 17:00 to lloyds and then they sub contracted out to you, lloyds took my number down wrong so didn't get to speak to you until 8pm

@LloydsBank Hi Lynne - I have spoken to many colleagues of your's in phonebank; sadly none were actually able to help me. All I ever wanted was to speak with the Chesham branch rather than trailing in there. I had to pop in as there was no alternative. I won't be complaining but it is absurd
