    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank 2/2 All I get is a promise that someone in ‘management’ will contact me very soon. Eventually I phones the Jackson Hole branch & they readily admitted the error but informed me that ‘management’ would have to authorise such a large refund. 6 days no contact from ‘management’.

    @LloydsBank is your mobile banking app having problems? I'm sending money to someone via faster payment, but they're not receiving it. I know faster payments can take up to two hours but its past 2 hours since I sent it.

    @LloydsBank Ended up being on hold (constant ringing tone) for over an hour. Passed through to 3 x Departments before eventually talking to the right person who sorted the issue for me.

    @LloydsBank Mom had a cancelled ASDA order, they told her it's been reversed and it must be Lloyds, then Lloyds tells her it's ASDA who then say it's LLoyds. She's a broke pensioner and there's a game of 'Not me' and no one to help her get her almost £200 back :(
