@LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

@LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@LloydsBank Damian Roberts, the only email he's sent (promising an update in a 'few days') was 17th May. We feel as if our little charity in memory of our daughter means nothing to Lloyds. We just wish we'd known this was the service we were to receive and we wouldn't have applied to Lloyds.

@LloydsBank on the phone to fraud team who blocked my card. Took 40 mins to answer. Chap who answered needed to transfer to someone else in fraud team to order new card. Told him I was a vulnerable customer, tried to call internally & I am now back in system now 1 hour 24mins
