@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank so I try to pay my plumber work work carried out & I get a message saying I need to call asap or I won’t be able to access my online account - the current wait time is 40 minutes! 😡

@LloydsBank I’m particularly busy at the moment. A 40 minute wait followed by a 28 minute and counting wait is NOT customer service. Inadequate and appalling given my account fee!

SHOCKING service from @LloydsBank @LloydsBankBiz to say the least. Will be closing my accounts and moving elsewhere… would definitely not recommend -as a victim of fraud .. please do not bank with these guys!
