@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank Why so difficult to pay off a Credit Card balance on your damn app/website, @LloydsBank? Set it up in app, log into a different banking app, go back to yours after approving... wait no... log into the browser version of your website for some reason, then nothing. Nothing happens!

@LloydsBank Kicked out of that conversation and routed back. I’m over an hour in, no access to to my online banking (suspended- which was being investigated); and I’ve missed two meetings because fraud is sort of terrifying. Not good enough from Lloyds, at all.

@LloydsBank It says lines are busy and can’t take my call. Tells me to use app which I can’t or message which I have but as it’s a virtual advisor they can’t help either. This really isn’t good enough and it just makes me want to move my accounts and my Childrens elsewhere

@LloydsBank If you make large payments often, your people have to read the same script everytime. I now know the script off by heart. Is that a useful way of avoiding fraud? Three times should be enough. Then tick the name to indicate that customer has been informed.

@LloydsBank Your credit card advisors are awful! You must have had a lot of new starters and they've all been clueless so far. Improve the training I'm being passed about, left on hold, no communication, wrong advise. What's going on?
