    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    @ShintoPlasm @PALillie @LloydsBank Ha...stupid long wait times had become common place before covid unfortunately but yes now it's far worse, it's just cost cutting and lack of customer service, sort it out Lloyds, we can easily go elsewhere

    @LloydsBank Removing and reinstalling did not work app version=88.02. I stopped a lot of android services and reverted the version of the phone app back to original phone version and managed to get it working and registered. Maybe there's a bug in android phone app version.

    @LloydsBank We'll obviously have to call back at some point to report the fraud! Already wasted two hours, need to find more time to sit and wait for another two hours. Will we be responsible if not reporting the fraud promptly despite it being your issue?

    @LloydsBank It would be easier to sort out the scam and block the fake website right way while the transaction is still pending, but seems like no answer from the line how are we suppose to rely on the bank????

    @LloydsBank Mobile app failed 2 complete a txn earlier.Was endlessly stuck in a verifying state (did it via browser).After 5 mins decided to close app and try later.Discovered that app had unregistered phone.Tried to register,but app timed out as auto process takes > 20s.Pls help
