Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

@LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

@LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

@LloydsBank due to go on holiday tomorrow. still not got our travel insurance documents/policy no. in the post or via email. Upgraded to platinum club account, undergone the medical screening,paid premium to cover existing conditions. Onhold for an hour. Poor service so far .

They are ineffective at stopping the spread of respitory viruses, plus uncomfortable and unhealthy for people to wear for a full working day. Plus they damage communication. You're not helping to keep anyone safe.

@LloydsBank I have received nothing back. I have a ref number for the correspondence but that’s it. I have reached out a few times and heard nothing. The company was shut down years ago on companies house and the bank account was dormant. Would just like to close and receive remaining funds

@LloydsBank Turns out after being passed from pillar to post this morning and even popping into a branch that it’s not possible and that the switching function isn’t supposed to be live on your website. Perhaps you could let your team know so that more people don’t waste their time
