@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank I am really disappointed by the customer service after 10 years with you. My account has randomly been suspended online. I have spent 4 hours this weekend with no response, got through once and your customer service hung up. Please fix this and reimburse the call fees

@LloydsBank your desktop site crashes both my MacBook and my iPhone. I tried to access it on Safari, Chrome and it makes my computer and my phone unresponsive, it freezes and doesn’t let me do anything. Please can you report it to IT and fix? It’s the main site!!!

@LloydsBank are you having technical problems with online banking? I’ve tried unsuccessfully to log on from my MacBook using Safari and Chrome, now trying on Win 10, browser freezes up on all three that I have tried.
