@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

Phone has just broken... Go to online banking to check accounts for money to buy new phone. Please verify your online banking using either a phone call, or your online banking app (on my phone). No landline anymore: Aaarrrgghh @LloydsBank And there isn't a branch for miles.

  • gavindjharper Gavin D. J. Harper (@gavindjharper) reported

@LloydsBank Bev, you might not have been following the gist of this thread, however, I am not able to access my phone. It is broken. I am trying to access my banking in order to move money to buy a new phone. I am caught in a Kafkaesque circular loop.

  • gavindjharper Gavin D. J. Harper (@gavindjharper) reported

@LloydsBank Will borrow a phone - however, it seems mad given existing password, security word e.t.c. that isn't sufficient. Is email verification not an option? Seems a single point of failure making everything contingent on a working phone, especially when you shut all the branches.

@MattEason @LloydsBank For us the issue is apparently at 11/12 we should have got a letter about stitching the account from being in the parents name to the child but it never came....
