@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank Hi Gillian, I have a current account. I am maxed out to my overdraft limit. Short term cash flow problem, hence why I was going to pay on a different credit card. I’ll have to take the hit, it’s okay. I’ll just have to pay late. I get paid on the 28th.

@LloydsBank having been a customer for over 40 years I am very disappointed I haven’t had the phone call I was promised the week before last - it’s about time we were able to call the nearest branch directly again - this is not progress!
