    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    @LloydsBank I want to close my and my partners HTB ISA’s - I tried to close them online but it says there’s an issue and I need to do this in branch - is there anyway we can do this remotely?

    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    @LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank Thanks - I get that and when he made the payment he selected “dad” in his phone contacts that’s what triggered the payment. The issue is your account holder is using my mobile phone number

    Don't use Lloyds credit card since they changed it and disappeared my Avios points. Just wanted a working debit card for ATM/e-commerce use. Some vendors on Brick Lane want cash and some airlines charge for credit cards. @LloydsBank, why is that so hard?

    @LloydsBank I've been locked out of my banking app for near 2 weeks after trying to pay a new payee but forgetting my password.. I've called lloyds been into my local branch and got nowhere it's a disgrace waiting for code after code for weeks I NEED access to my app.. Disgusted

    @LloydsBank Not sure if Lloyd's Bank know what the word Emergency means.. Look it up in a dictionary. 48 hours later and still no further forward with the problem.

    @AliceSaiao95 @LloydsBank As a customer, I can tell you positively that yes they are having issues with their app. It’s shite at the best of times, but it’s been broken for 4 days (logging out incorrectly, not logging out at times, asking for sensitive info after login, asking for passcode and Face ID).

    @LloydsBank My business account is blocked!! I cant recieve any money from my POS machines which are linked to my Lloyds Account and i cant transfer any money from same account.Your bank cant solve that problem for one week and it costs me a lot!!
