    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    @LloydsBank Can your 'Saving Calculator' help when @LloydsBank lose financial data,NI#,Reg Mail, in a security debacle? Then when money is needed for med treatment freeze the funds stating 'Security" until the @financialombuds has made an enquiry taking many mos/yrs? This bank is a disgrace!

    @LloydsBank Yes. And it IS one of the types that can be closed online. Only (as usual) your IT not working. So I have to go to a physical branch? Like I said - completely ableist. Just provide a working link or an email or an address to write to. Not everyone is fully physically functional

    @LloydsBank Will it help me access my frozen accounts after you lost my financial data incl. NI# Lost my Registered Mail in a security debacle, then tell me you can't fix your errors because of security protocol? A bureaucratic nightmare. My advice find another bank! #ByYourSide #MyBackSide

    @LloydsBank I have been trying to switch my old current account with another bank to my newly opened Llyods account, and its not letting me. Cant get through to you by phone or the app messaging. Can you help or is it a lost cause?

    @LloydsBank No, they said that HAD made the change. I discovered last night when trying to make a purchase that I couldn’t use my card. Check my banking app and found the change was never made. Frankly, this is diabolical service. I’ve been on the phone 15 minutes and still not been changed.

    @LloydsBank Hi the main reason is that it has not expired yet this month. When reading on your website, it states that you should not use your new card until it expires. Otherwise it will cause complications. I did know

    @LloydsBank is there a problem with the business banking app? Every time I try to make a payment/transfer it just freezes and kicks me out? Been like this for a week now?

    @LloydsBank The payment was pending but we were told it was not possible to reverse by the person on the phone. Regarding contacting the website - Having read responses from other people on trust pilot it is extremely hard to contact them. We automatically cancelled the application online.
