    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank again the POA Team at Lloyd's Bank kept me on hold, as I asked a question that needed a back office answer, and then without getting back to me cut me off. A very poor customer servce!

    @Steve_p_photos @BritishGas @LloydsBank Very similar issue here too with British gas, they are not giving customers enough notice of what the new prices will be they are ripping off their customers customers exploiting them and I bet the other energy companies are no better absolute disgrace

    @LloydsBank your online banking platform is terrible I can never log in ever it just keeps making you change password then says thankyou and never let's you in. Also I've been opening a account with you and its been 3 months whats going on??? You can open accounts elsewhere easy

    @LloydsBank Sort your Customer Service and fraud department out. As a customer I do not expect to be passed from pillar to post via separate departments and particularly when transferred internally to be placed in a tele-queue of over 30 minutes. Get some STAFF! Terrible Service
