@LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

@LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

@LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@Steve_p_photos @BritishGas @LloydsBank The problem is that there isn't a cap of £2500 (despite it being reported as such). A typical house should not pay more than £2500. What you pay depends on your consumption so check your annual consumption for gas and electricity and work out what the cost should be on new tariff

@LloydsBank Sort your Customer Service and fraud department out. As a customer I do not expect to be passed from pillar to post via separate departments and particularly when transferred internally to be placed in a tele-queue of over 30 minutes. Get some STAFF! Terrible Service

@LloydsBank It was sent to Lloyd's Bank bx11lt from Ipswich England. It was sent 1st class, honestly can't remember if recorded or not. I have not been able to access my account online for months as the 2 factor authentication is an old number. On the phone they said the only way is via post
