    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @Steve_p_photos @BritishGas @LloydsBank I’ve had nothing but issues with BG since I moved into my house 18 months ago. Had asked many, many times for a bill and was told one would be sent, to then receive a massive bill after about 6 months along with all my other bills. Horrible company

    @LloydsBank I've been trying to contact Lloyds for last 2 days, I can't get through to anyone on your customer service lines, the number cuts off. Likewise with car insurance number, what's going on? I'm extremely unhappy about complete absence of any real help/human interaction

    @LloydsBank @Steve_p_photos @lloyds remember when we bailed you out in 2008 without our money you would have gone to the wall challenge this for all your customers or suggest they change to standing orders / signpost to support do not stand by impotent we didn't when you needed our help
