@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LloydsBank Yes but these are all phone numbers! We have satellite WiFi here. Your new security system has made it impossible for me to bank online when at sea. My only option is to ask to use the ships satellite phone at a huge cost and you will take 40 minutes to an hour to answer!
