    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    @LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    @LloydsBank I want to close my and my partners HTB ISA’s - I tried to close them online but it says there’s an issue and I need to do this in branch - is there anyway we can do this remotely?

    @LloydsBank hi I’m a bit concerned I’ve looked at my credit report and it says ‘ a Lloyd’s mortgage account will be added to your June report ‘ WTF ?? I had a halifax mortgage but that closed years and years ago ??? Please see dm asap as I’m worried

    Card payment declined 4 times Tonight after intermittent issues for over a week, 2 OTP codes taking so long to come through they've expired and fraud department not answering the phone when you've clearly blocked my card. @LloydsBank what's the wait time to get through?

    @LloydsBank Yes applying for a club Lloyds account, no problems to this point. Asked to upload passport (which is Irish) and when I open the capture app it just says document is not found. Have tried on two separate devices.

    @LloydsBank We have had to apply for a security code, which we received by mail yesterday and we now wait for 4 days to have passed to use it. Phone authentication worked fine last Monday. Not since. Other people on FB reporting same in France. One was told you had a technical issue

    @LloydsBank Ridiculous that your Scottish customers can no longer close their accounts without travelling to England. Support in getting an account closed would be appreciated as making a 250 mile journey during a pandemic isn’t exactly ideal
