    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    @lincslass86 @LloydsBank Tried to transfer from my current account which states NA to my savings as a test and it says insufficient funds, which I know is incorrect. So annoying as need to get to work so assuming my bank card will also not be working. Has anyone tried their card?

    @LloydsBank what is going on? Online banking and app both down. Now it looks like payments not working. there are dozens of complaints in just the past few minutes and the same robotic reply to them all. How about a proper explanation and an ETA for your services returning?
