@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

  • GeorgiaHulmes Georgia Hulmes (@GeorgiaHulmes) reported from Manchester, England

@LloydsBank I want to close my and my partners HTB ISA’s - I tried to close them online but it says there’s an issue and I need to do this in branch - is there anyway we can do this remotely?

@LloydsBank I had already tried that multiple times, tweeting a company is usually my last resort when there is genuinely no other way to get the help needed

  • emmyloustan Stanno (@emmyloustan) reported

Thinking myself lucky that I don’t bank with @LloydsBank . After 3+ months of trying to withdraw money from his ISA my fiancé is still waiting for it and the complaints team, who promise constantly to call back, can’t be bothered to do so. Fantastic customer service Lloyds.

@LloydsBank Hi Colin, so replacing a damaged phone with another damaged phone is acceptable then? & charging £100 for the process of doing so! Not good customer service ftom Lloyds. The last time I asked for advice in a Lloyds branch I was given false info as well.

  • ThePulpit2020 Rajanandan (@ThePulpit2020) reported

  • AndyCar16443492 Andy Carter (@AndyCar16443492) reported

@LloydsBank No resolution the lady said @LloydsBank are fully aware that the system will not allow them to open a joint account on line but could not fix the error. Are you aware if not I suggest you ask. Whole this waste of time. Gone with #Starling excellent service opened in 20 seconds

@LloydsBank I think you need to look at the iPhone/Pad mobile banking app as every time I try to return to it having reconfirmed the open banking details with another provider (through the Lloyds app), it shuts down & hasn’t ‘accepted’ the Open banking details - v frustrating!😞

@LloydsBank Awdul service. On phone for over an hour, Trying to make a complaint. Staff are either unaware of what to do or rude. My card is blocked, and I cannot spend my money where I choose to. And no one can give me an answer apart from it being the fault of lloyds heritage?
