Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

@LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

When I FINALLY got through the gauntlet and spoke to a human @LloydsBank bank this afternoon she was absolutely lovely and sorted out not only my banking but also talked me down from a neurodivergent meltdown. She is a Saint and should be protected at all costs.

Update @LloydsBank my son has spoke to the fraud team over the last couple of days and they have got a name and monzo account that the money has been transferred into but they said they can’t help so he has had all his money drained from his account. Shocking
