    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @financialombuds @mbna On the phone to them now. They haven't sent the statement as promised. They have restricted me from logging in and @LloydsBank have shut my current account down under RA. New letter says I'm having problems paying minimum payment. I don't even know what the min payment is!

    30 min wait time from @LloydsBank to verify a card on Apple Pay. Really terrible customer service. And still blaming the pandemic!

    @TheSmorginator @LloydsBank I needed to buy my lottery ticket by 7.30pm, but my card is still blocked despite spending ages trying to get someone to fix it. So thanks again Lloyds, that’s the £184million jackpot you’ve just lost me. Feel free to credit my account as compensation.

    Hi @odeoncinemas how can I use a @lloydsbank cinema voucher on your website? I’m trying to book tickets for @AnythingGUK at your Dudley cinema but the only options for vouchers are Meerkat, CEA or Voucher and it won’t accept my codes. Any help appreciated
