    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    @LloydsBank I want to close my and my partners HTB ISA’s - I tried to close them online but it says there’s an issue and I need to do this in branch - is there anyway we can do this remotely?

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    @LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @shiv37 @PhilMyers53 @LloydsBank I have the same and transactions literally being added in front of my eyes ! My balance is unchanged though. I have a joint account but my partners android phone is not showing any of these errors so is it maybe only affecting Apple devices 🤔

    @LloydsBank Stop avoiding the questions, this is a massive breach, I have now been able to locate who’s I have seen useing the breached data on my log in. How do I start a case and complaint against the Lloyds group? @ICOnews

    @LloydsBank are you aware of an issue with your online banking? When I log into my acc, I can see transactions that are not mine. whn I go in the acc I can see other people’s bank account details payments.If I log out and back in, the details change to someone else.

    I can see someone else's complete banking and transaction history on my Lloyds app, surely this is a massive data breach? It changes to someone different every time I log in so I can only assume someone else can also see mine?? @LloydsBank

    Disturbing: three of the major UK banks @LloydsBank, @HalifaxBank, and @BankofScotland have all crashed this morning, showing other people's transactions when you log into your own account! They have now shut down access to all of these apps and you can't withdraw money!

    @anthslife @LloydsBank Had the same issue too lots of very high transactions from American Express ect but I relogged and all disappeared thank goodness 😮‍💨
